Gene responded almost immediately to my first email inquiry, which resulted in a meeting at my home to view our basement space. He asked great questions in order to determine our needs and was able. He was able to offer several options and ideas while there and was also able to give opinions as to what changes would meet code or not. I was pleasantly surprised when Gene sent me two versions of plans within days of our meeting. The drawings are thorough and will greatly help in my quest to get estimates from contractors.

He came in faster than I thought and less expensive than I thought. Everything worked out perfectly. He even was willing to make changes after the plans were final as well. I will be going back for my next project.

Gene is a man of few words. He showed up on time and did what he said he would do. Despite being injured in an accident. He kept in contact and worked towards getting us our permit on time. Thanks.

Excellent job at a great price. The city inspector even commented on the high quality of the plans when getting permit approval.
