The contractor first pressure washed the exterior to get the dirt off. Then they prepped and sprayed the stucco. After that they did the trim, some was sprayed and other parts were done by hand. It look way better when finished. The interior was first completely primed, as it was all new drywall. They then sprayed all the ceilings, then sprayed all the trim, and finally brushed and rolled all of the walls. It looked spectacular when finished. I was really really impressed with the outcome.
