The entire package was reasonable. He did a marvelous job. He ripped out things and reconstructed it so that there were windows that worked. He called ahead to make sure I knew he was coming. He was neat and tidy, he cleaned things off, and he wasn’t messy. He cleaned up after himself. I knew when he was going to be here and what he was going to do. He just took care of business. I was a tiny project for him; he normally does big, grandiose projects. He fit me in but he doesn’t fit you in knowing that he can’t do it. He doesn’t call and cancel; if he says he’s coming, he’ll come.
