Matt replaced the sewer line from the house to te road. The job took one full day. I found it very helpful that he was willing to say, 'this is what I would do in this situation'. His service was half the price of the next best bid and he was able to clearly explain way he did the job the way he did. I am impressed with his friendly honesty.

Matt is very nice. A lot of unusual things happened, but he worked through them with patience and persistence.
He arrived on time and snaked the drain. It was a difficult job, as the pipe was narrow and had some odd bends. As he wound up the snake, it became stuck in our pipe. He had a camera, but it would not fit in our pipe, so he contacted a friend to borrow his smaller camera. We weren't exactly sure when he was coming back, but after a phone call or two, that was straightened out. He came back a few days later with a smaller camera. He examined the drain and showed us that the bottom of the pipe was essentially gone. Then the camera also became trapped. At that point, we felt obligated to use his services for the rest of the project. He wasn't pushy about it, but we would have been uncomfortable getting further estimates because his friend needed his camera back.
He and his friend came and excavated the pipe through a solid cement floor. They replaced about 8' of pipe and then repaired the cement. We were not completely happy with the cement work because it wasn't finished smoothly at all. That said, it was better cement work than we've had done by plumbers elsewhere, but a little smoothing at the end would have made a big difference.
Our pipe was a mess, and we are really glad that he went the extra mile and discovered the problem. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with, and we think he did a good job on the plumbing.
