Provider was responsive and punctual.  The service technician was very friendly and explained everything that he was going to do.  He also was very clear on some of the additional work I needed so that I was aware of the additional costs ahead of doing the work.  There was one sprinkler head that was missed in making sure it turned on and was spraying correctly.  It popped up a few weeks later, so I did not call to have them come back.

They did a bunch of work and seemed to charge more than we were expecting so I went back to them and they neglected to include the prepaid 77 dollars to the bill and they redid it and it was good. 

Replaced some heads and adjusted some.

I thought it mostly went fine.  However, some of the sprinkler heads were not set appropriately, which meant that the technician had to be brought out multiple times.  Also, the system stopped working this year (2015) after the technician had been out to get it going for the new season.

Simple and fast.

The tech. discovered 3 heads not working properly and offered to replace them for $65.00 plus labor. He proceeded to install and adjust them in 15 minutes. The total time here was just under 1 hour. The reason I didn't give them an A overall is when I received the invoice they charged me for 2 hours labor at $50.00 per hour. When I called about it I explained the situation and told them I would pay for 1 hour but not 2. The person later called me back and said they would send me a new invoice with just 1 hour labor charged.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for a landscaping plan and estimate. The cost of the deal was $25 for the estimate and potentially $100 towards a project. I was contacted via a message on Angie's List right away and was asked for my number and email. It was about 3 days later that I was contacted and we set up a time for an in person estimate. Jeff, came out and was earlier than his scheduled time. We chatted about some bushes in my front yard that I wanted to have removed and replaced. He took some pictures and said I would be contacted with an estimate and also some pictures of what I wanted to have done. I have no heard anything from the company since. So I paid $25 for an estimate that I never received and this company gives estimates for free without Angie's List. I'm disappointed with this experience.

After I bought the "deal", I got a response within a very reasonable amount of time, at most a few days. I believe it was Jeff who came out and discussed what I was looking for in terms of re-landscaping my back yard. He said he would have a proposal including pictures of various types of bushes and shrubs we might use within a few days. I didn't hear anything from him, so in about a month I called and left a message for him to get back to me. He never returned my call. I called again in about another month and still no response. We've decided to wait until next year to proceed with this project as it's almost the end of June and
it will take time to contact other providers for estimates, choose one, and begin the work.

Excellent job. On time, listening to my service needs and quickly did the necessary work. Then reviewed the results with me.
