Overall I'm most upset with the customer service and professionalism. Initially I was counseled on the integrity of the company and how they would not cut corners. We even agreed on a few areas that were rotted and would need to be replaced but when the roof was going up those areas were not replaced until I insisted on them being replaced. I even had the spare wood on site to use. After this there were some issues with the gutter along one side not draining well but I never heard back from the company despite 2 phone calls.
