Rob's design and implementation was topnotch! I have pretty big yard where he needed to installer close to 36 sprinkler heads with the overall system. The installation was pretty quick and within half a day he was done!

It was as advertised.

Great!! Turned out the saddle was brokenn and needed replacing. Also replaced the old head. Works well. I look forward to calling them and having them blow out the system this fall.

I used Water Wizard a few weeks ago to help fix three of the sprinkler zones that had malfunctioned. Water Wizard was great in getting to the root of the problem quickly and working hard to fix it. Fair pricing and solid communication. Will definitely use them again.

The actual work went very well. Mark was quick and fixed everything well. The only issue I had was getting the work scheduled. First it took a week for anyone to get back to me and then when we had to reschedule due to rain, I think they didn't put it in their calendar for the new date as I had to call and ask after no one showed up. Other then the issues scheduling, everything went well.

As usual, it was done with care and expertise.

Rob and team were superb from start to finish. Rob was able to provide a very competitive quote compared to other companies. In addition, Rob spent the time to explain the process and products that were going to be installed during the quote. Rob came back out to inspect the lot prior to installation to discuss where each sprinkler head will be placed. The day of installation went as smooth as it possible can. The team identified issues with our drain pipes that the builder incorrectly installed. They fixed the drain pipes to ensure water was properly being removed from the house foundation. This is very important when the sprinklers were running three times a day for new sod. After the installation, I called a few times for adjustments to the sprinkler heads and the company was able to have someone out within a couple days. The company's passion in the work they do and the care they have for their customers are top notch. I highly recommend Water Wizard Irrigation.

Not only did they service the sprinkler system and make adjustments and repairs to improve coverage, they took the time to discuss how often we should water and provided lots of tips and information on the sprinkler system and watering practices for the area we live in. Very professional and personable.

Perfectly! Appreciate the personal service by the owner as well. We had a sprinkler that sprung a leak and it was fixed the next day. We weren't ready to do the front yard due to the budget. Rob prepared the area for doing the front yard when we are ready. I appreciate the foresight.

Very good communication.  They came right on time and figured out the problem quickly.  Since our system was older, he did not have the parts with him.  He came back out a couple days later and fixed our wiring issue.  I will now use them for all my irrigation work.

I have a new construction home where the price the builder wanted to charge for installing irrigation was obviously inflated and seemed to be a much better value to get it done myself.  That being said, I did not know of or have any good references to an irrigation company thus found a few here on Angie's list that were highly rated.  Doing this myself also had challenges of a tight window between final grade and sod coming in which both dates can shift and aren't specifically known until close to or on the actual date the builder was going to complete it.
That being said, with those challenges, I worked with Rob, the owner, to get a quote which was the best one I received, primarily due to the fact that I found out a few of my neighbors in the development were also using Water Wizard so having them already in the area saves them costs that were passed on to me.  Rob was extremely accommodating to the scheduling challenges, gave me a quote while also walking me through what he was planning to do to answer any questions and make adjustments as we talked.  Once finalized, Rob personally came with a crew on an agreed upon day and time and installed the system quickly and accurately, while ensuring to show me all the controls once finished.  The system has been working great ever since and I could not be happier with what was put in.
What really puts Rob and Water Wizard above and beyond, not just price, flexibility, and professionalism, was the fact that once the sod was put in, I asked Rob if they would be able to come out and adjust to ensure full coverage which they did quickly and for free.  Additionally, when I was doing some landscaping I accidentally put a small cut in the irrigation line.  I called Rob on a holiday weekend which he promptly called me back and came out within the week to fix the problem I created for free. 
Based on everything mentioned, I could not recommend Rob and this company enough.  I've been referring everyone I know since and would encourage anyone looking for a new system or work done on an existing one to give these guys are call.  They are great and certainly worth your business.
