They are a little more expensive, the rest was fine. I would use them again. They were able to get me in fairly quickly and they have a nice waiting room with wifi to wait in while your vehicle is being done. They completed the service promptly, it was not a long wait to get that done.

They are very good as far as heating the car and maintenance. There is one gentleman there whom we would recommend. My daughter has had problems and we were out of the state and we just her directly to him and he took care of everything. He is outstanding as far as being kind, considerate and helpful. He was exceptionally helpful with our daughter and that makes all the difference in the world. They are very punctual. I use them all the time.

I purchased a new to my Hyundai Sonata but had such a bad experience with my previous car that I had to get it checked out by an actual Hyundai dealer for piece of mind. Walswer Hyundai was very professional, addressed all of my concerns to my level of satisfaction and did a very through once-over. They were also very informative and I learned several things that weren't passed on from the deal I purchased it from, learning the standard warranty is actually much longer than expected ... giving me even further piece of mind.

The service department at Walser always does a professional job maintaining my vehicle. I usually have some type of coupon available so the cost ends up being comparable to a neighborhood service shop. I am happ to continue being a Walser Hyundai customer.

My husband's Hyundai Sonata (2009) was having trouble with the driver's side window not rolling up. Thankfully it was still under warranty, so I took it in to Walser Hyundai. I am SO glad I drove farther than the nearest Hyundai dealer, because this facility is excellent. There is ample parking, nearby shopping if you have to wait, and a very nice waiting area with free coffee and free wifi. The service advisor explained that the typical cost of them looking for the problem is $130 but that it could be covered under warranty; I signed off on paying the fee in case it wasn't covered. The other repairs and labor were covered, but I'm not sure how much they would have cost. I was treated very professionally, and I didn't feel condescended to or treated any differently than if I had been a man or if I had known something about cars. The repair was done in a reasonable time, and now the driver's side window rolls up and down perfectly! Kudos to Walser Hyundai for the great experience.

I pay Walser Hyundai a monthly fee for car leasing services and have been using them for about 1 year now. I get free oil changes and car wash. They have been very good about it. The pricing was very good at the time we needed a car.
