I would give her an A in all categories. She is very familiar with military uniform specifications such as where the patches are to be sewn because the military is very strict about that. We are willing to pay more because she does such a nice job, she is prompt & we never have to wait very long. She is very experienced & we will continue to use her in the future.

One woman shop...she does all the work except the dry cleaning. Standard turn around time is one week, but she said she could have it done in a day or two if I needed the suit for a job interview immediately. It was ready when promised and she did a good job. It was pricier than stated on her website, though. She requests half payment in advance, and stressed that I should talk to her if I was unsatisfied with any work; she did not want me to be unhappy with her work. I took in a skirt for alterations on a second occasion. She noticed spots and suggested I have it dry cleaned before she did alterations - she didn't want me to waste money for alterations if the spots didn't come out. The dry cleaning was perfect and every spot came out.
