Dan came in to look at the project and came up with a quote before he left. Dan was also the one to come in a wire the shed with another technician. Both were very courteous and professional. We are extremely happy with the result.

Two men showed up for the quote, one an apprentice, and I showed them the electrical box to the home we had just purchased. The home inspector had previously just recommended removing a double tap installed in our electrical box, but otherwise gave it a clean bill of health. When showing the box to Randy's, they were concerned that the previous homeowners had performed their own wiring, and wouldn't touch the double tap unless charging to re-make the whole electrical box. I have no doubt that they were qualified to perform the work, however the prices and work they felt necessary was exorbitant. The $59 trip charge was not worth the hassle.

Fantastic! Mike came out and quoted the job - great use of technology as he was able to quote on his iPad while in my home and send me the electronic quote before he left. Both Zach & Guy were amazing during the installation, very knowledgeable, fair and thorough. Bob did a great job of communicating scheduling, timing, etc. Their pricing is extremely fair - I rated it "good" only because electrical work, by nature, is a bit pricey. I would definitely have them back for work in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

Work was done well -- clean-up, trash put in boxes from new lights, arrived a little before they said they would arrive, two electricians, their foreman came to check on them -- seemed to be a very professional and responsible company based on the their personnel that came to my house.

I tried to replace the fixtures myself but the wiring in the ceiling receptacle was far from straight forward. I decided to call a professional to do the work.

Mary was very helpful over the phone and got me the right help very quickly. Dale was very nice and professional and gave me straight advice and resolved the issue. I was very impressed by the overall experience and would recommend them to others based on that.

Dale was systematic and detected very quickly the status of the home. He was very explanatory on the issues and potential risks. I really appreciated his recommendations and suggestions on changes needed, and look outs.

Real well, let them do their job and stay out of the way things get done right and in a timely manner. We went over things on the list that had to be done, they made suggestions, helped us save a few dollars, then gave us a quote and made sure the cost was OK, then I signed of on it and work began. Very efficient

Scheduling was easy and the crew was punctual. They were very friendly and knew their stuff. Quickly figured out that the light wasn't working because the dimmer switch had failed. When we talked through the issue with the circuit breaker, they quickly zeroed in on the idea of switching out a couple of the breakers. In both cases, the prices they quoted felt really high for pretty simple fixes, so I said that I would just do them myself. They charged me the trip fee, which was totally fair, although I felt a bit bad since I know their hope is to sell additional services. I appreciated their willingness to problem-solve with me and give me the option to take care of it myself. I probably wouldn't have them back out because of the high prices they quoted for service, but I am still a fan of their service.

WOW! From the first phone call I made to the office where I explained my needs to getting an appointment on a date of my choosing things went very smoothly. then it just got better! On the morning of my appointment, I received a courtesy call from Zach C letting me know he was on his way. Zach was very professional in his assessment of my code issue. He also showed up in a large work truck fully equipped with anything that would be needed to address any client's electrical needs. There would be no running to get parts, this company comes prepared. After showing him my projects, Zach explained what needed to be done in order to satisfy code and also coordinated efforts with his office to arrange for a local permit and inspection to be completed expeditiously. I was told how much the cost would be up front prior to work commencing. The work was completed by Zach and his assistant quickly, I was very happy and pleased with how easy this was to get done and now I can look forward to a happy close of escrow for all parties. I have recommended Randy's Electric to my Realtor for future reference. Thank you!

Mary in the office took my call, questioned me to identify my needs and scheduled an appointment according to my schedule. I received an email identifying the service technician, Richard, who called prior to his on time arrival. Richard reviewed my issues, did a through inspection and then provided a breakdown of the repair options and the related costs. I was then able to decide on what I wanted done, knowing the cost in advance. Richard added an additional circuit for the kitchen and replaced two circuit breakers which took care of breaker tripping problem. He removed the extension cord that supplied power to the second garage door opener and wired it correctly. As all the smoke alarms were well over their 10 year life expectancy, Richard replaced them, including combination smoke/co2 alarms where needed. When he was finished, everything worked correctly and all work areas had been cleaned up. Richard was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I give Randy's Electric high marks across the board and would not hesitate to recommend their services.
