Over burdened the new circuit breaker. Had to come back and run two circuit breakers in tandem. Works.

The technician (Zach) was excellent, he explained the cost based on the options for installation and what the specific options would mean. He thoroughly guided me through the fan operation and set-up. The only negative portion of the experience was price, which was not under his control. To install a Ceiling Fan, Fan Brace Box and Ceiling Fixture, the total cost was $654 (including the trip charge). That was extremely expensive but I was in desperate need so I went with it.

I was worried about the flood light. The old one was hard to remove and I was afraid of damage to my siding. No worries. They send over a two man crew. One worked inside and one out. The work was done very well. They were very quick and affordable. I would use them again

The work got done well, but didn't appreciate the extra cost.

Overall, it was informative. They showed up on time and were professional. They clearly explained all the issues or concerns they had identified and provided a quote for the work that "needed" to be done. There was a large list and the quote was considerably higher than I was expecting.

The two men (Zach and Guy) were the most professional people I have ever hired. They were neat and answered all my questions. Randy's electric should be very proud of these men they represent their company very well.

Jared was timely, took time to offer insight on other things that might be needed to the home and completed the task quickly and professionially. Over all, a great experience! :)

They made sure to wear boot covers and cleaned up the debris when they were finished. I would definitely use this company again.

It went very well. the only thing that was different is he brought a trainee along. He was professional , got the job done, was efficient and the whole ball of wax. He was constantly monitoring the trainee. They are very communicative.
