Super! It was a really positive experience. From the word go we liked Tom. Our walk-thru to check out the different 'situations' was pleasant & chatty as well as very informative. It was obvious that Tom likes his job and helping people. We learned a lot, asked a lot of questions and considered several different scenarios that Tom suggested. The next day we made kind of a big change in the plan for the ceiling fans and Tom was totally accepting of that change. He went with the flow and assured us that we were making a fine decision and that it brought the estimate down considerably. We liked that great attitude. I have a tendency to be a fatalist and was expecting some kind of trouble that may happen. But the appt. started - on time - and went without a hitch! Tom and another electrician went to work and then 4 1/2 hours later asked if we'd like to see the finished work. It was totally stressless and easy from our perspective. Tom and Brian know their stuff and know how to get 'er done efficiently - true Master Electricians. We never questioned that we had the best choice of 3 companies we got estimates from. Please, don't hesitate - call Randy's Electric to help you improve your electrical problem(s).

They had to move the appointment because they were very busy with storm damage, but they called me ahead of time and offered a discount. They were very professional to work with. I would hire them again.

Jared and Brian did an excellent job and I was very pleased with the results. Told me what they were doing and why and also gave me guesstimates for future work. No grumpy workers! I have used Randy's Electric before and was pleased with the work so I decided to hire them again.

The work went well, all accomplished in one day by Jeremy and his assistant. It passed inspection by the city.

This is my 2nd visit from Randy's Electric and it went just as well as the first. Matt returned, this time with a colleague, Guy, and the two of them were very professional, friendly (not in a creepy way), quick, and tidy. When I originally called to make an appointment, Violet was very friendly and let me know when to expect their arrival on the day. Matt called about 30 minutes before the time, and asked if it was possible to arrive early, since they were just finishing a job nearby. Great! They arrived a few minutes later. Will definitely recommend Randy's Electric to anyone looking for an honest, friendly, and professional electrician. Thanks, guys!

Very smoothly. Jared kept me (client) well informed with any changes, suggestions and etc. Jared and Matt, his side kick work very closely together. Communication good, Technical skills great. Work completed in 8 hour day. Would highly recommend Randy's Electric. Pricing expensive but to get this 1976 build up to code things needed to get done. We also talked about future job most likely in the spring early summer to complete the remainder of jobs needing to get done.

Jeremy from Randy's has been to our 70+ year old house a number of times. I love that Randy's tries to send the same electrician. He is always prompt, explains the work and does his best to minimize cost while updating and complying to code.

Tom was wonderful, we have used Randy's and been fortunate to have Tom on many occasions in the last couple of years. They are professional, keep you informed and perform very high quality work.

After I specifically asked the electrician to inspect the lights, outlets and switches to ensure everything was up to code. The electrician said I needed to "re-device" the entire house to make it safe for approximately $8,000. Randy's charged me $400 and left me the invoice. I ended up hiring another electrician who came out and followed through on my request. He inspected the lights, outlets and switches. He fixed a few items and assured me everything was good working order and up to code. At the end of the day, I'm out $400 and didn't receive the service I requested. Very disappointing.

The job went seamlessly. They were on time, helpful, polite, and did exactly the work promised. They were very pleasant to work with!

Very well, but the price seemed a little high. They charge a flat rate and I think hourly would have been cheaper since it didn't take them very long.

Got another company quoting a better rate but I am going to make sure they're reputable and talking Apples to Apples. Matt L. did some work for me before and it was great.

Today the electrician called and apologized because he could not find the house. I gave him cross street directions. Roughly ten minutes later I sent a text to him with a pin of gps cords to help. Still no show. I tried calling a half hour later and the phone picked up but hung up on me. At this point it's been almost 2hrs since first contact with electrician asking ME if I could meet him early. Then the office called and said he could not find location and asked to reschedule (I live in a new development that's 100+ Houses .....should be easy to find). I explained I have a deadline and she said she'd see if he was in the area. She called back and said he's already home and couldn't come. Hmmm not really a good first impression or way to get business. I'd invite Randy the owner to contact me and find a solution that works.

three options were presented with the corresponding prices. Dan explained them very well and work was completed the same day even when having to pick up additional supplies.

Richard and Jeff were the electricians that arrived to perform this service. They were both very professional and friendly. I was impressed with their appearance and demeanor. Richard explained all the benefits of the various detectors they offered. I chose a 10 year battery for my vaulted ceiling. It is impossible to reach that to change it safely. I was impressed that they carry a detector with that as an option. I also chose the smoke/carbon monoxide combination detectors and again very happy to have that option. I will always call Randy's for future electrical needs and would hope to get these two gentlemen again.

Dan and Brandon did a great job of the replacements. They arrived promptly at the time promised, explained the cost of the project and completed the replacements in a very timely manner. They were professional and courteous. Courtney was also a true pleasure to work with with scheduling. I will definitely be using Randy's electric again on an additional replacement in the future.
