We called because a detector was beeping. Joe and Jeff arrived the next day at 8:30 and replaced two detectors which also monitor carbon monoxide and checked the fuse box for proper wiring to assure compliance with current law. Nothing needed there.

Went well. They arrived on time and did a good job. I've used Randy's before and have been very impressed with them. Very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

It went perfectly. Mike R was enormously knowledgeable and helped me to understand what was required and even made adjustments on the fly as necessary. For example, after taking off the light on the 20ft ceiling they discovered the box wasn't rated for a ceiling fan, and they let me know what the cost would be to proceed and then proceeded to install a new box rated for the weight of the fan without needing to reschedule or go for parts. Another example was the outlet box for the dishwasher and garbage disposal. They didn't know before showing up the dishwasher would be hard-wired or what circuit they would need to use for the island, so all of that was decided, designed, and implemented on the fly and completed before they left. They always wore shoe coverings in my home and cleaned up their own mess before they left. I had new appliances being delivered the same day, and they courteously and cooperatively worked with the other crew to make sure both jobs were done right. Mike R even took the initiative to uninstall a built-in microwave to help out the appliance crew (he knew how to do it and it took him about 30 seconds to have it out!). Overall, I was extremely impressed with them and would use them again in a heartbeat. They definitely earned my trust.

I apologize in advance to the guys from Randy's that came out as I don't remember your names. The two guys called about 20 minutes before the scheduled arrival window, and were right on time. They came in, checked out what we wanted/needed done, and gave us a quote and said that if we were agreeable to the price, they could begin work right away and that the whole job would take roughly 2 hours. We agreed to the pricing and they began. Everything went very smoothly. The guys were very friendly, and we talked a bit as they worked. They even ran out to the local hardware store to pick up the bulbs for one of our fixtures. They completed the work in about 2 hours - just as they said, and they did a great job. I was very happy with the work they did, and how professional they were.

Randy's was able to schedule me within 48 hours and have my furnace & A/C operational in 1 visit -- well worth it with our heat wave!!!

I paid $99.00 for a voucher from Angie's List, but when I went to make an appointment I was told that they did not come out here. I called Angie's List and they promptly refunded my credit card.

They really took a long time to explain options to us and to check out some of our concerns. They helped us make some decisions that were difficult. Patient and fair with their prices.

The repairs itself went well at a reasonable price ($350) but there was a lot of upselling for services I wasn't prepared to pay for at this moment.

Randy's Electric was a pleasure to work with. Scheduling was easy and they called with reminders and in advance of arrival. They arrived on time and were very efficient in completing the job. They took great care to protect flooring and cleaned up when the job was completed. Jeremy and his apprentice did a great job with the installation. I highly recommend Randy's Electric!

It went well. They were nice, polite, friendly, professional. They wore there booties in the house, closes the front gate when they were coming and going. My dog loved them and they were very patient with him every time he tried to "help".

DO NOT BUY THE $99 SERVICE DEAL FOR $200 WORTH OF SERVICE. IT GETS YOU NOTHING BUT A SERVICE CALL AND A PULLED PERMIT. First, they were very aggressive about getting the appointment set up as soon as the I bought the Angie's list deal (probably because they know they are a scam.) They cancelled the first appointment and then called 4 different times in the same day to reschedule. I was charged $560 to add an outlet outside which is almost $200 over the high end estimate from Angie's list. They have you pay per project and not based on time. It took them 30 minutes to place the outlet and it looks and functions fine, but $560 for a 30 minute project is ridiculous! When they were reviewing the estimate, I told them that I think it costs too much and I refused their services, they then requested a $59 fee for driving to my house. I have hired other electricians in the past that had no "service fee" and they were paid hourly. I asked them why it cost too so much and he really didn't have an answer. They charge a $159 fee to pull the permit, which I could do for half that price, but they would not allow it. It was a total rip off and way over priced. I should have went with my gut and just paid the $59 fee to have them leave and now I have buyers remorse about the entire deal.

Great! Mike was awesome. Even gave us his card in case the new owners of our house had any questions. We'll definitely use Randy's again.

Part for bathroom fixture has to find or order new fixture for bath. He replaced the furnace GFCI switch and installed new pump (which I supplied). It was fantastic to deal with friendly professional people. They were very considerate and took into account my husbands medical situation. I will have them back to install bathroom fixture and a few other things I we need done. They were very neat and tidy. They are my electricians now and in the future. I hadn't needed an electrician for 15 years, so prices can be a shock, but this company is well worth it.

Everything that was needed was done with a very good tech

They showed up on time and assessed all of my needs. They came up with an estimate that seemed pretty high to me, but I agreed to have them do the job. The same 2 guys returned the next day to complete the job. It was completed and they cleaned up after themselves very well.

Good. Same day service, excellent quality work. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Provided quotes for bigger projects and clear explaination.

Purchased a Big Deal from Randy's Electrical. Everything went fine. I did not pay anymore than the $99. It went just fine.

Technicians called and arrived a little early! Estimates were presented for all repairs under consideration. I chose not to install a light in the small closet. The dining room switch was replaced with an updated dimmer. Some wires and a transformer were replaced in the doorbell. Later in the day we discovered that the bell no longer worked! I called Randy's and set up another visit. Again Matt arrived punctually and this time replaced everything. Bell is up and ringing now!

Great. As always, Randy's Electric went the extra mile. Angie's List offered a deal for electrical service from this company and I jumped at it.

I am grateful they found the old boxes to prevent a fire.

A little late, but they called near the end of the appointment window. It took about the expected amount of time. After the repair, no more problems with that circuit.

They are very good. I had an Angie's List coupon which was $100 for $200 worth of electrical work. So, they installed one light fixture for $200 which I thought was about $50 too high. Their quality was fine. Their responsiveness was very good. They were on time. Except for the trainee that dropped an electric drill on my floor, their professionalism was fine.

Super! It was a really positive experience. From the word go we liked Tom. Our walk-thru to check out the different 'situations' was pleasant & chatty as well as very informative. It was obvious that Tom likes his job and helping people. We learned a lot, asked a lot of questions and considered several different scenarios that Tom suggested. The next day we made kind of a big change in the plan for the ceiling fans and Tom was totally accepting of that change. He went with the flow and assured us that we were making a fine decision and that it brought the estimate down considerably. We liked that great attitude. I have a tendency to be a fatalist and was expecting some kind of trouble that may happen. But the appt. started - on time - and went without a hitch! Tom and another electrician went to work and then 4 1/2 hours later asked if we'd like to see the finished work. It was totally stressless and easy from our perspective. Tom and Brian know their stuff and know how to get 'er done efficiently - true Master Electricians. We never questioned that we had the best choice of 3 companies we got estimates from.
