Very quick, They were done in less then a hour. I thought the job was kind of expensive, That's the only reason I might not hire again.

Because one of the vendors that bid on the project was the company that built our community they were much less than the two others as they knew what needed to be done so we wound up contracting with them.

They spliced a wire and they charged us $400. Then they quoted us $6000 to replace an electrical panel.

Everything went great, very professional, clear quotes were given with options displayed on an iPad/tablet. Care was taken to ask exactly where I wanted the ceiling fans placed, work was done expediently... cleaned up and put everything back as it was when work was done. Job was done by Richard S. and Branden.

Not very well. The estimator wrote down what we needed, then the installers came and put a n the outliers. However, they did not account for the drywall so they had to come back and pull them out. Then, they were supposed to install goof boxes, so we could pull them out to line up with the tile, but they didn't install them, so they had to come back again and pull them out. The estimator Mike basically ignored our calls and it took forever for them to come back and do the job they originally quoted us for.we will ever use Randy's again.

I purchased a 1/2 off coupon ($99 for $200 of work) from Angie's List. I was impressed with their service from start to finish. They contacted me immediately to set up a convenient time. They responded to my e-mails and questions immediately. They did everything they promised, including giving me a reminder call the day before and calling when they were on their way to my house from their previous job. They arrived right in the middle of the 2 hour window they gave me. The electrician (Jeremy) was very friendly and courteous. I have found it rare that the trade businesses give customer service this perfect. The work might be great, but the customer service and communication is frequently lacking. But not with Randy's Electric. I will definitely call them again and will recommend them to others as well. Since I am not an electrician, it's tough to rate the quality of their work, but they did the work I requested (removing an old, no longer used exterior connection) and everything looks good.

We called the night before at 9 pm and the phone was answered promptly. Due to some urgency around getting this work done, we opted to pay the $199 emergency visit charge (vs. $59 for the normal charge) to get someone out the next day vs. the following week. The repairman arrived within the 2-hour window we were given for the next morning, calling 20 minutes ahead. After an initial inspection, he called in another repairman who was in the area and together they were able to find the cause of the problem and get it fixed. The repairmen were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They were here for approximately 2 hours. The cost of the service below does not reflect the visit charge.

Very well. Epitome of punctuality and professionalism. Outlined our options clearly, made sure we leveraged the applicable coupons. The one caveat: Randy's does not charge by the hour, they charge standard rates by service (e.g. "install a new outlet") -- which is of course a gamble for them, given the complexities of working on existing old houses. In our case, however, we had cleared all paths, opened up lath & plaster walls, cleared plaster off plates and drilled needed passthroughs. Access to our modern panel is excellent, via an open basement ceiling. Their actual install was therefore done by a team of 2 in about 3 hours (by my recollection). My longtime general contractor afterward said that an hourly electrician would likely have been a bit cheaper in this particular case. But the team was excellent - professional and friendly and the outcome satisfactory.

Job was more complex than I had imagined. Plaster had to be trimmed away, lath cut, mini electrical "box" (if that's what you can call it) dug out from the plaster, and new box installed. Took a fair amount of dexterity and patience. Joel was personable and professional, doing really clean work. The new light is beautifully installed. I was perhaps ignorant of the cost of an electrician, so experieced a bit of sticker shock. Other than that, I couldn't be happier. ,

Richard and Mike did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and explained the job, and asked if I had any questions along the way. I would highly recommend them.

They do a wonderful job We finally got everything done and inspected and it went great. Everything was just fine. The price was reasonable, it's higher than expected, but it had to be done. Their quality is superb. The inspector was totally amazed with their work. Their responsiveness is terrific.

They were fast, efficient and professional. This is the second time we have used Randy’s and this specific repair person. I would highly recommend Mike and Randy’s Electric.

The technicians isolated the issue and replaced all 9 lights with LED can lights that have a 5 year warranty. They did it all in a couple of hours and cleaned up after the job was complete. Very nice.

Joe was great. He is very professional. The quality was work was spectacular. Made recommendation through out or conversations, let me ask questions, and was overall great to work with. 10 out of 10 i would hire him again.
