Exceptional service to update my master bath lighting as part of a bath remodel. This is my second major project done by Randy’s. I appreciated the help in designing my lighting. I added 4 ceiling lights and 3 new sconces by the mirrors. Another outlet was also installed along with a new vent fan. Getting advice on the latest lighting fixtures was helpful to me in updating bath lighting not updated since 1985. My old vent fan still worked and it was recycled for use in my guest bath as a cost saving measure suggested by Randy’s. The work site was thoroughly cleaned after the project was completed. Very satisfied and will use for all my electrical needs in the future.

Rob called and said he was on his way. I described the problems and he proposed a reasonable solution. He did a great job and very professional.

After paying the trip charge, they quieted an outrageous estimate. I paid another company, HITEC half of what was quoted by Randy’s Electric.

Extremely well. This company was professional and well organized from our first phone call to the end of the project. Both Scott and Mike were friendly, easy to work with and knowledgeable. Two of the light fixtures were challenging but they worked with us and Did an excellent job. We would definitely hire Randy’s Electric again.

The process went perfectly. As soon as I contacted Angie's list, Randy's called me within an hour. The scheduling was seamless. Joel and Brian arrived promptly. They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly. They answered all our questions about the workings of specific electrical processes. ( They found 2 very possibly dangerous problems that we were not aware of) Their workmanship was impeccable) We will absolutely hire Randy's Electrical again !

Several wall sockets needed to be replaced and brought into code. And out door switch also needed replacement, and a diagnosis done and why our chandelier did not light. Chris took time to evaluate the situation, give us options for the best way to complete the work. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did a great job

I have worked with Randy's Electric and Dan before. Dan is the consummate professional. Always on time, explains what he needs to do and the estimated cost before he does it. He has always done a great job for me!

I had 2 fixtures over my island - one wasn’t working. Coming in they said if it was the fixture there was nothing they could do. They said let us check to see if it’s the light bulb. DID THEY TAKE THE ONE FROM THE WORKING FIXTURE to see if it was a bulb issue? NO they went out to Menards bought a new one put it in and it didn’t work. At that point they let me know my bill WAS currently $190.00 (for their trip fee, (the wasted and unnecessary time) spent going to Menards and the cost of the bulb) & that I f I wanted them to check the transformer it would be considerably more money (with no guarantees). How much more? They couldn’t say. I decided given what I got for my $190 NO THANKS

No issue with work quality but price was exorbitant. Getting a detailed invoice took days. It took many calls to get them to respond. Had to put hold on credit card to resolve. I had used them before so expected more. It took less than one hour.

It needed to be done. It took about 4 hours to do everything. I am pleased with the results.

It was 100%. Couldn't have been any better. We've had this company before, we had a particular guy who's doing it. His name is Joe and we've been really really pleased with them.

Everything went well and I'm very pleased. Their quote was a little bit more expensive than others that I had received, but I was impressed with the thoroughness of their quote and equally as happy with the workmanship -- you get what you pay for. I was initially a little apprehensive because I'm in the process of rewiring my home myself and just needed the panel upgraded (which I wasn't comfortable doing myself). I was worried that a company would come in and give me a hard time about just doing the panel. They absolutely didn't. They were great about it and put the breakers into the panel according to the pre-made plan I had put together (which was a little confusing), but they were happy to spend the time to clarify my plan to make sure it was right.

Randy’s Electric has great customer service. I was treated Like an important customer from the call to set up the appointment to the completion of the work. Jeremy arrived ahead of time (after calling to verify that was ok). He was professional and did great work. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Zach from Randy's Electric did a great job installing an outdoor outlet for our very old home. He presented multiple options with corresponding prices and gave thoughtful recommendations. Very professional!

The circuit box wiring went smoothly. While that was done by one electrician, Matt very patiently listened with understanding about the challenges my sight-challenged wife has with seeing into the recesses of the master bedroom. He was quite honest given the structural and design limitations of our older home in regards to the lighting she desires. It is not likely an area we would address versus moving to a more suitable house for my wife's sake. We used a coupon to reduce the cost of the work.
