The only reason I rated punctuality lower was because they came a couple of hours after their scheduled time. They did call me and inform me though that they were running behind due to an emergency situation.

Description of Work: Two electricians arrived on time and teamed to wire a radon remediation unit, which involved both inside and outside work. Everything went smoothly and swiftly.

Description of Work: Put in 5 new light fixtures. One was damaged and the repaired, put in new rheostat. They had to come back because the pendants in the kitchen didn't match. Put in a lot of time.

Description of Work: Overpriced for what project was. Had another bid for $150. Project was an install, in existing ceiling 4" can recessed light. I supplied the can and dimmer switch. I thought the price would come in around a similar price bid, with coupon paid $99 and value of $200. Once the electrician arrived and gave his bid, I still over paid from another bid. Not sure what I would do with coupon and had taken day off work, so continued with project, thinking it would have been adjusted after determined ease of project. Submitted overprice concern on Randy's website for Customer Service, no response. Electrician noted our electric meter pulling from home, estimated $200 to $500 to reattach. Took another electrician 5 minutes to attach by tightening screws. Feel Randy's is overpriced or increased bid to compensate for $100 in value difference with coupon.

Description of Work: Performed work to bring house up to current electric code. They performed well even when some unusual problems were found.

Description of Work: I had a smoke detector that was chirping. I replaced the battery and the chirping continued. Brent was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained the different smoke/carbon monoxide detectors that were available, and how each worked. I had all four detectors replaced. | |I was very happy with the service call and the work Brent did. I would recommend them and if needed, would call on them again.
