Description of Work: Installed 2 light fixtures on bathroom wall and put in a new outlet box. (There wasn't one previously.) | |Very efficient work, but they arrived about 30 minutes after the scheduled "window" of the appointment. The outlet started "buzzing" a couple weeks ago and they came out to replace it with a newer model at no charge. | |I didn't get any other estimates, so I am supplying an "average" grade in that category.

Description of Work: The worker installed two outlets in an uninsulated wall in the garage. The cost seemed high for the work completed. There we multiple times, the worker was on his phone or iPad searching for an apartment instead of completing the job.

Description of Work: We had a dining room fan/light fixed. Also, we had recess lighting installed in the livingroom. It looks and works great. They worked quickly and were very nice. They made sure they put a tarp down so none of the ceiling debris got onto the floor.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for this company to install an outdoor electrical outlet. Unfortunately, it didn't go well, and I decided against using the company for the work. First, the gentleman was very rude and condescending. Second, he charged me an extra $59 just for coming out since I told him that I was going to get other estimates for the job. This $59 fee was in addition to the $111 that I paid originally. Ultimately, I was very unhappy and disappointed with the entire experience.

Description of Work: We needed a couple light switches put in, a ceiling fan checked & a ceiling fan installed. We thought everything was ok after the electrician, Jeremy, left. A couple days later, when we used the microwave and the vacuum the breaker tripped. A few days later the microwave stopped working. I thought I needed another one. A couple months went by and I kept thinking I needed to get a microwave. When my family came to visit, my sister started using the microwave. Lo and behold we had hit the power saver button without realizing we had done so. I was very happy to discover I didn't have to purchase a new microwave but not happy to realize when we started using the microwave again, every so often the breaker would trip. This did not happen prior to Jeremy's visit. When I called the office to report this I was told Jeremy would call me back. He did and I explained the situation. He said he needed to come out and the office would call to set up an appointment. The office never called. After waiting 2 weeks I called the office to schedule an appointment. The appointment was made. Jeremy did not show. I called the office and they explained it was their oversight as Jeremy called in to let them know he wouldn't be able to make it out and they were suppose to call me. I scheduled another appointment. About 30 min prior to his arrival, Jeremy called, said he was on his way and asked what the problem was. I explained what was happening with the microwave and the breaker tripping. When Jeremy arrived he asked my husband what the problem was. Again, we told him sometimes when we use microwave it trips the breaker and this did not happen prior to his original visit. He checked the power box and said he would have to run a dedicated line for the microwave at the cost $3,200.00. Given the poor customer service we have received and the fact that we did not have the current problem prior to Randy's Electric visit, we declined. My husband paid him the trip charge fee of $59, which I don't feel we should have had to pay.
