Description of Work: This is the third time I used Randy. It sure is my fault try to use Randy again. I was enticed by Angie's List offer of $200 for $99 deal. I asked the electrician to install one outdoor flood light and replace another. The estimate turned out to be over $1,000. It happened for the third time, the estimate is far higher than expected. This time, I just had him replace an existing one for the deal, which normally they charge $92. I just want people know two things if you want to hire Randy: (1) watch out for their bloated estimates, (2) there will be a $47 charge if decide not to have them do the work.
