Description of Work: I had the guys replace a light fixture, troubleshoot a halogen light, and replace a circuit breaker. They emailed me a picture of the technician who would be coming, and let me know when they were on their way. They were prompt, explained what was needed, and completed all the tasks in under an hour.

Description of Work: A ballast was out on fluorescent lights they gave me two options one to replace the ballast with LED lights or to just replace the ballast itself I chose to replace LED lights the employee explain the benefits and I appreciated what they did

Description of Work: Dale's professionalism was evident from the beginning. He came for the whole house inspection and helped us diagnose and solve electrical problems we had in the kitchen. He thoroughly completed the inspection and walked us through his findings and answered all of our questions. When specifically discussing the problems in the kitchen, he explained what he found, answered our questions and provided us with three options with prices based on his recommendations and our needs. We selected an option and he quickly set to work to fix the problem. Due to the large scope of work, he returned the next day to complete the work. Just like on day one, he arrived on time, completed the work diligently, cleaned up and explained what he did. Due to our experience, Dale has made a customer for life. Would recommend Randy's Electric and specifically Dale to anyone in need of quick and efficient electrical help.
