I apologize that we were later than you needed for your appointment. Your arrival window was 10 - 12 and the electrician called you at 11:30. The first appointment of the day for our electricians is from 8-9, so we try our very best to get to the second appointment as soon as possible. We would like to opportunity to make this right. Your appointment needs to be rescheduled, so my suggestion would be to schedule you for the 8-9 arrival time. The first appointment of the day is much more predictable.
