They were punctual and courteous and upfront about the pricing. However, in the end I felt that the prices were way too expensive for what was actually done. I was offended that they left a religious booklet and telling me that this is a Christian business (thus my C rating on professionalism--in my view this is unprofessional). For as much as I spent, I should not have to "help" fish wire. I would not use this company again nor recommend it.

It went very well. I feel safe and secure in my new home.

Great service and reasonable price. Fit me in the same day I called. He ordered new cover for light fixture and he delivered it promptly as he said he would.

I will not have them come back again. The young man who did the work was very courteous and nice. I was disappointed that they could not do the main part of the project that we needed done and I feel like their prices were out of sight.

Randy, the owner, came out to provide me with an estimate. I had purchased some sensors and fixtures for the exterior of my home and needed know to whether what I had purchased was going to work the way I was imagining it. I was also interested in upgrading the electrical box to support more demand since I knew we were probably close to maxing out with our current load. Since I was foreseeing additional projects and improvements down the road, I was open to having him provide advice on those future projects. He provided a lot of good suggestions. He provided estimates on all of the various projects which I could then use as a pick list for planning and budgeting. Randy was very helpful and I am so glad he came to do the estimate himself. On the day of the job, a crew of two arrived to perform the work and worked steadily to install the sensors, fixtures, and light switches and upgrade the wiring for the electrical box. It was a full day of work. The quality of the work was very, very good and I am still pleased with the improvements. I would contact Randy's Electric again for future work and I would be happy to recommend this business to others.

I called them and described what I needed, and they went out and fixed it. I never heard of any problems from the homeowner. I have no complaints about their service.

It went very well. He was in and out within probably 4 hours, cleaned up when he was done, had the inspector in promptly. Overall it was a great experience.

I had major re-haul done on my house. The work was done by an employee, not the owner. He was very conscientious, choosing his actions with thought and caution. He was also very neat and clean. The company was adaptable to additional work needs as they arose and the work was done in an appropriate time frame.

Brent the Electrical technician arrived on time. He was very professional and friendly, he explained the estimate and work procedure. After reaching agreement, the work was completed that same day.

Good and bad about Randy's: they entice you into getting work done quickly by doing the work the same day as the estimate. This is convenient, but since they charge for the trip, you feel a bit like you want the work done immediately or you waste the money for the estimate. Dave came out to our house and went through things with us. He worked really hard to put in wiring two lights, even spending time drilling through cement foundation (the house is 100 years old). The finished product is very nice. It took 4 days of work. His priority was getting the job done well, but I felt he was a bit short-tempered at times, and did not communicate increases in price as things came up, just that things were "tougher than he thought". The first set of work was paid for up front, about $3600. When we added on some extra jobs, the "rough estimate" for the additions was $1000. Our final bill for this set of work was $1900. Granted, it took more time than expected, but we were never updated with a new estimate. A couple hundred extra was expected, but not this much. If I had to do it again, I would have asked for everything in writing. Not sure we will call them again.

They were very professional, the employee's name was Brent that did the work. He was very clean, professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to others.

They were prompt in calling back to set up an appointment. They were very professional and up to date. They provided additional estimates for work that needs to be done down the line. They have everything figured out price wise so there is not deviation from the estimate. Randy, the owner, came with the electrician when we went over everything. Everything is working great.

Electrician did not quote what I requested. He quoted four new circuits. To top it all off, they charged me $251.75 for the quote stating that they expected to start the work immediately. Very pushy using high pressure sales tactics, did not provide the design I requested and showed up at 6:30 AM instead of between 7:30 and 8 AM.

They were great and very professional. They were very easy to work with and they showed up on time. I would recommend them. They cleaned up their mess as well.

He did a good job. He arrived on time to do the work. He was very courteous and professional. His price was average. He cleaned up after himself when he was done.

I think they were excellent. He was very good and pointed out other things that may need repair down the road. He also checked other electrical issues to make sure they weren't going to cause and conflicts at the moment.

Randy's Electric was professional, courteous & reliable. All of there prices were listed on a form that we went over before the work was done so there were no surprises. I did not have to wonder if I was getting their best deal. Also they warranty their work for life. That is unheard of!

Randy answers the phone "It's a great day at Randy's Electric." I already like the guy. I described the issue and Randy came out on New Year's Eve. He even brought an extra pair of shoes with him to wear inside. The breakers were replaced in literally 2 minutes and he took time to discuss a pending basement remodel with me. His pricing is based on the task completed, not time. That way you know EXACTLY what it will cost ahead of the work.

We called to leave a message requesting the smoke detector job; Randy Smith answers his telephone almost all the time so we were able to talk immediately despite it being in the evening. He was available a few days later. As he had done wonderful work for us before, we knew were going to hire him. He came promptly on time, discussed the work throughly, and showed his two assistants what needed to be done. They began work immediately, did an excellent job, and were very thorough in cleaning up. They had everything they needed and they ordered a special outlet cover for a weird switch outlet to be delivered the next day. While he was there, Randy suggested doing the GFIs in the kitchen for code compliance if we were to sell and for additional safety. He never pressured us or gave us a hard sell but discussed all the issues carefully. Randy is an excellent electrician (my husband does some himself so he knows the quality), is extremely prompt, pleasant to work with and cleans thoroughly.
