Randy's Electric

It went great! He was very personable and knew what he was talking about. He explained what he was doing without taking up too much of our time. We highly recommend him and would use him again.

Just some basic work done on some outlets that weren't working. He found the problem and provided good explanations. We also talked to him about other work to be done in the future for general ideas/prices. Friendly and knowledgeable about everything I asked about. I will definitely consider them for further work when I get to that point.

The project went fine - it was a bigger issue than anticipated, with a wiring problem. Randy's Electrician was courteous, prompt and logical in his approach. He worked diligently and fixed the problem. I was glad to have purchased a coupon from Angies, which reduced my cost by $140.

Although the appointment was set for 9 AM, I received a call from the technician about that time stating that he was on the way and would arrive around 10 AM. Apparently the person making the appointment had forgotten an internal meeting and should not have set it up for 9 AM. The technician was thorough and did the work promptly. I had purchased a coupon for $200 worth of service, and expected that to mostly cover the service, but have to admit that I did not ask about costs when I set the appointment. When the tech talked with me about it I realized it was going to be another $200+. This seemed high to me, but I did have him go ahead with the work. When the work was done and I had paid, he then asked me if I wanted to pray with him. I said no thanks, after which he explained they routinely do this with all customers. This made me quite uncomfortable.

I was very pleased with the work. I did have a quote conducted for several other projects and it seemed like the quote was pretty high. It didn't entice me to follow through on the quote, just based on price.

Randys electric installed an outlet so we could use a stackable washer and dryer in our condo unit. They were very responsive to our emails, prompt with getting the work done, and overall the job looks and functions perfectly. Would use them again without hesitation.

Everything went as expected and beyond. David and Bruce were very professional. They called before arrive and arrived on time, maybe even a few minutes early. I was very impressed that they were thorough, but not pushy. They allowed me to make the decisions without pressure. Everything was cleaned up afterward. Overall I am very happy with their work

Randy came out to give us a quote for installing outlets in our soon-to-be-finished basement and install overhead lighting in 2 living rooms and 2 bedrooms. He was very friendly and honest and we went through pricing and decided to go with him. They had to run wiring to install all of the lighting and outlets, cut holes in the ceiling for the cans, etc. About halfway through the project, we were told that the electrical box would need to be upgraded in order to fit all of the controls and fuses, which was a $2000 upgrade. We were a bit disappointed by this news (that they hadn't told us before starting), but went ahead with it since it is an old house and had never been updated. Altogether, we were very pleased with the work and they did a terrific job getting everything installed and working. We haven't had any problems and it's been 3 years.

The electrcian Joe was courteous, efficient and friendly. He called before he arrived, listened to my questions and concerns and was a true professional.

Went well. Good options provided. There was one upswell but agree with the suggestion so don't feel taken advantage of. Electrician, Sean, was professional and competent..

Went well. Contractor was not very familiar with cable and phone wiring, but he was extremely nice and was able to complete other work I needed done.

Joe did an excellent job and was friendly and professional--and he even managed to upsell the job and get me to replace an outside outlet that I hadn't planned on doing. :-) He was efficient, cleaned up everything and made to sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns. I would definitely have Joe come out again and do any work I might need. Thanks for the great service. My only complaint is the price. I provided the light fixture and inside wall outlet but the cost of labor (approx. 1 hr) + inside switch and GFI outlet and cover at $558 seems like it's pretty expensive. I think I calculated that replacing the broken wall receptacle to be something like $90 and it took him all of 5 min. Overall, service was great but price is definitely a turn off for future projects I might have.

Additional fees kept adding up.

I asked for Sean Belknap. He kept everything clean and did a really good job. He had a great personality, too. I'm definitely going to ask for him whenever I need anything else.

I needed a previously hidden outlet moved and grounded. I didn't know this needed to happen until a Friday afternoon before a Saturday appliance delivery. The people at Randy's were very accomodating-they were able to get an electrician to me within hours. He was friendly and thorough. I was pleased with the entire experience.

Arrived on schedule. Completed all work as requested. Gave estimate on other work that I chose not to do that day.

This provider was absolutely excellent. He arrived on time. He took his shoes off. He was very patient as I debated about exactly where I wanted the light fixture. All in all everything was excellent.

They were punctual about getting the estimate performed, but ultimately we chose someone else. We would consider using them for a future project, however.

We had noticed that when running some appliances (for example the garbage disposal, the vacuum ) we would have the lights flicker. We weren't sure if we had a short or some other problem. Randy's immediately diagnosed the problem as being an electrical provider issue and helped us deal with the provider to get someone out to address the external issue.
