The gentleman that came out to the house was a very nice young man. He was polite and explained exactly what was wrong.

They diagnosed the problem that we had with our lamppost (water had been hitting it from the sprinkler system) and they got it back working again, which involved correcting a few wires and digging up some ground. Every time we've used the Group-on, we've spent more; so it was $99 but we at least doubled it or a little bit more because of add on services. But we are not disappointed because that is understandable because of the work that we had done - it's been more complicated than their Group-on offered. We'd have him back; he was very conscientious about his service and he was very thorough.

We purchased an Angie's list deal for the ceiling fan install. The fine print was very clear that the box upgrade would be extra. Based on the regular price for hanging the fixture, I shouldn't have been surprised at the rates for the other services we asked him to do (upgrade the ceiling electrical box to one that would support the fan's weight and run the extra line to the wall plate), but he was very upfront about it and we agreed on prices and scope of work before Sean started. It took several hours for him to get everything done, so in the end the price was worth it to have the job done right, by a pro. Sean did a great job, very courteous, cleaned up afterward. Workmanship was great. Would hire again if we need electrical work done.

I called this company regarding an emergency service. They were unable to squeeze me into their schedule. Cindy, the person I spoke with, said that she hated to give me away but she wanted me taken care of ASAP. She gave me the information for a business that is closer to my house and told me to let me know that she sent me their way. Sure enough, they were able to squeeze me in and I was well taken care of. I will happily call this company again. They were unable to come to my home, but they helped me at a time when I greatly needed someone.

He did a great job. The only piece I was surprised with was I bouht a $75 "special buy" on angies list and when I scheduled the installation, they let me know there was a $49 service call also. Felt a bit like I was bait and switched as it really is a $124 installation. I probably would have tackled it myself for that.

I would say that that was a little different on it because we thought we were getting services out on what we paid for but they didn't do anything. So, the guy that came out did a really good job like he put the stuff it but when he gave a quote it was like $580 to put in to outlet and we thought we were gonna able to get lower. I think how they position it on the website like if it's an hours works for $100 it doesn't mean anything because for service charge. When the guy came out and explained everything for the two outlets for wiring and it was just like crazy ridiculous amount of money. It sorted of marketed a little bit but the guy did a good job. He ended up giving us a deal but I never would have paid that otherwise.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Randy's Electric. I was sure the job they did was worth the $69 I had paid for. They seemed like a reputable group. They were polite, clean and didn't leave a mess, did their job and left. But I felt that we were pressured into doing things that we were told were dangerous.

I got 200 dollars off the total for installing two ceiling fans. The service was fine. The deal was okay, but not as good as I thought it was going to be. I had a prior quote from several years ago, and that was lower, so that was a bit frustrating, but the prices for the work may have changed since then. I decided to go ahead and get the work done. The fans are installed well.

They were very good. I am scraping my popcorn ceilings, and so they took down the ceiling fans so that I could finish scraping, then they reattached the fans.

The work was good, perfect. Everything worked after they did it.

Gave me a whole house inspection for an additional cost of $50.

The were very punctual and professional. They took some time to understand what I was trying to achieve. There was some additional work to install the light with the ceiling fan, and they explained that to me ahead of time. I would definitely use their services again, if needed.

HVAC Installers told me I would need to have my unit hooked up when I wanted to use it (got the new unit in late fall). Electrician came and set up the unit, answered all my questions and made sure I would be OK for inspection. Inspection went fine.

It got to be a larger costs than originally estimated. They did the work well, but felt the price got high rather quickly.

Electrician arrived on time and performed work without any issues. Electrician installed a new light switch, outlet and replaced bad breaker. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done. I felt the price was a bit high for the amount of work done but realize Electrician's, like plumbers are not cheap. Will use again though.

It was good, but I was not given an itemized bill. This is what bothered me. I have no idea how to gauge if the service was reasonably priced. Also, this is faith based firm. Technician said a prayer at end of service. Just not what I expected.

Bruce & David were courteous & professional. They were efficient and corrected every issue that needed attention. They went above & beyond, which I greatly appreciated. They also provided a few different options that I could pick from given what the problem was. I am delighted that all of my lights & outlets now work!!! This Angie's Big Deal was perfect for me: I had the opportunity to get these issues corrected, plus I could judge whether I would use this company again or not. When I find a company that provides excellent service, I stay with them, and in this case, I will definitely rely on them for any future electrical issues or projects. I had an excellent experience with every member of this company: from Cindy, who set up the appointment, to Bruce & David. They clearly have earned their top rating.

Fine. Just felt a bit pressured by the people who came out.

I hate having people in my home that I do not know but Brent and Joel were very easy to talk to and even did a couple things were had not planned on. Virtually painless. Also, Cindy the person that answers the phone is also very easy to work with! Would use them again in a minute!

Joe looked the situation over, priced out some options and went to work. He did a great job in a timely manner and cleaned up when he was finished.

They responded extremely quickly. I paid $69 for two hours of electrical work. This was the second time I have used them. I requested the same technician. The young man's name was Sean. There is another electrical problem that I have found in my house. I wish I would have found it when he was here. I think my wife is calling him today to schedule him to come back out. If there is any electrical work that they need to do in this house, then they will do it. Sean was fantastic.

Sean was on time. He was very professional. We originally had a coupon for a ceiling fan installation. Our house is 99 years old and we expected that there would be some problems with the fan installation. Sean found old gas lines that used to be used for gas lights in the attic. It was a very labor intensive job to install the box which took a lot longer than anticipated. We asked Sean to replace a few other items in the house. He explained the work to us and he did a great job and cleaned up when he was done. The work took about three hours and the rate seemed very reasonable to us. We will have to upgrade more at some other time and we would hire this company, particularly Sean, again any time.

It was found that the nonfunctioning outlets were either melted and/or improperly wired originally, which caused the melting. The outlet boxes were replaced with the latest generation boxes (which include built-in child-proof recepticals, great for our 10-month old) and properly wired. All outlets are now working again. Randy's Electric also found a worn breaker switch in our breaker box which was arcing power and causing the dimming with some of the overhead lights in our laundry room. This was an added bonus since we had no idea this was a problem. They were able to quickly replace the breaker, but before doing so thoroughly explained the issue and quoted us an exact price for our approval before doing the replacement. The two electricians who came were very professional and did a courtesy walk-through of our home to make us aware of items that need updating due to new laws and/or worn equipment. They gave us a run-down of the cost of their suggestions and there was no pressure to move forward with anything right then and there. I appreciated the information and the estimates on the additional items.

Electrician was very personable. Left me with a list in priority order of recommendations for repairs. I will definitely use this provider again,
