Brent arrived on time and did an excellent job installing my track lighting in a difficult 11 Ft kitchen ceiling with a 45 degree slope.He double measured everything precisely and the outcome is perfect. Very happy with the service and I would highly recommend Brent and his company to anyone needing electrical work in their home! My wife and I are very pleased with the A+ work!

Dale and Gabriel determined corroding in my existing track lamps. They went to Home Depot to get replacements and mounted four of them. They are beautiful and they found low-voltage lamps that provide a bright light to my reading area.

Dale came to provide an estimate, arriving promptly at the appointed time. He was friendly, courteous, and optimistic about his ability to install our baseboard heater. He assessed the project, described exactly what he was going to do and also offered to bring ceiling fans to install in our daughter's bedroom to circulate the warm air. Dale and Gabe arrived exactly at the appointed time, again were exemplary in their courteousness, professionalism, tidiness and efficiency accomplishing the job. They cleaned up the entire work area and took the trash with them. They expressed pride and integrity in the job they were doing. I asked Dale to look at a lighting project I'm thinking about and he gladly stepped away for a few minutes to see what I was after and left me a nice note on my invoice that he would return an estimate promptly. Julie, in the office is warm and friendly, and worked to accommodate me as a customer! I can't wait to have Randy's Electric back over for more projects!

Randy's electric has a very friendly office staff, and can come out to your house within a week of your call. That is where the good news ends. I found our electrician to be kind but difficult to communicate with. We have had numerous electricians to the house, and he was by far the most difficult to understand. The process of providing the quote on the spot was messy and probably not worth it. Just go back and provide a more professional detailed quote in 24 hours. However, the most unacceptable thing was that the electrician left religious propaganda on behalf of Randy's Electric. I found this extremely unprofessional and made both myself and the electrician forced to provide it, uncomfortable. I can hardly believe that there are not more references to this. I would not recommend them to anyone.

installed two light fixtures and sold me fire alarms to meet code so hope that was correct thing to do. one light fixture flashes on/off when dimmer is all the way on so don't know if correctly installed --but was on a group-on so living with the issue until I have an electrician out again for other issue in the future. |

The service was fine. Everything was fine. They were prompt and everything was done well. I ended up spending more than what I spent on the big deal but everything was done good. They did the job probably within a week after I purchased the big deal. I ended up spending more than I planned to but it was good though.

Changed out electrical panel, changed out "out of code"line to meter (aluminum), installed new smoke and CO alarms, installed additional ground to bring system up to code. More than I expected to pay, but worth it for peace of mind.

The folks at Randy's were great. I bought the special deal, and they contacted me very promptly and were able to give me an appointment at my convenience - not forcing me to adjust my life to fit their schedule. The electrician, Sean, called when he was nearby and arrived promptly when I was expecting him. He was professional, friendly to my dogs, careful of my carpeting, and quickly understood the issues he was there to address. He explained everything he did, answered all my questions patiently, offered me a few options for the repairs needed, and discussed which would be the best solution. Because of the terms of the deal I had purchased, he had time to check out the fuse boxes in the garage and some additional wiring issues. I would definitely recommend and call them again. Great service!

Great and friendly service. We had some "nightlights" installed in 5 outlets and an outlet added where we needed one. The price seemed a little high but the work was done well and the cost goes down as you add jobs.

Joe and Scott were extremely professional, they called ahead and advised me they would arrive in 30 minutes. They were respectful of my home and used drop cloths and covers over their shoes, they cleaned up everything pertaining to the task. The best surprise was that I initially purchased the Angie's coupon to have the bathroom light centered. After adding up the price Joe said the coupon had remaining value and inquired if I had additional work needed to be done. This was amazing, I have purchased coupons in the past and when the work was completed that the call was regarding the technicians never advised there was value remaining. I had a lighted fan which had ceased working in a home office Joe and Scott removed the fan and installed an overhead light. After the coupon value was calculated my bill was only $24.00 for the additional service. I am so pleased with Joe and Scott that not only will I use Randy's electric service, but I will ask for Joe and Sccott by name for service in the future. What a gem to find outstanding electricans for future household needs.

They were pretty good. He was really nice, he was thorough and everything. I got one thing that I wanted a quote done, some electrical lighting in my backyard and the quote was ridiculously high and my dad had them did it for like $30. He also did a couple of things to my house, he was very thorough, on time and did everything great.

They called ahead, arrived on time, reviewed the work to be done and worked non-stop until all the light fixtures were assembled and hung. They cleaned up when they were finished and did a great job. I highly recommend Gabe and Sean!

They are very professional and very knowledgable. They were able to answer all of my questions. I would recommend them.

The voucher didn’t cover really anything and I ended up paying about $350 beyond the voucher. Their rates were incredibly expensive. The deal was $69 for $200 of work so they charged me $550 for the work. I would not recommend them to anybody. The work was done well but their rates were too high. It looked like they were trying to make up for what they lost by offering the deal.

Purchased a whole house electrical inspection on Angies List. Forgot the electrician's name but he was great - punctual, thorough, explained things well and cleaned up after himself. Had a new 20 amp circuit added and 3 GFCI outlets and a couple other minor things - work was done the same day, electrician had all the parts already with him in his truck! Would definitely use again.

It was fine. I just used them because of the "Big Deal" but I probably wouldn't use them again because of pricing.

I'm a new homeowner and needed new lighting installed in pretty much every room. I had no idea what to expect, but the person who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment was really nice and professional. On the first visit, David called early to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he covered his shoes to come into the apartment and walked me through his process. He reviewed each projected with me, taking the time to explain the different options for each installment. He was very thorough and clear on what he could and could not do. I felt completely comfortable leaving David at my home while I went to work and he called twice to let me know what he found once he got into the job. I had purchased the wrong kind of lights for the bathroom and kitchen so unfortunately David could not complete those projects. I was so happy with the work that I scheduled for David to come back two weeks later to complete the work. Overall, I'm very happy with the job and would definitely recommend Randy's Electric.

I used them yesterday. They are very professional. The office staff were great in terms of coordinating appointments. The work was done very well. I have no complaints about the work. The electrician was very knowledgeable and gave us details about the work that needed to be done. They were flexible about rescheduling. I had no problems!

Sean was on-time and very professional. I had purchased the sockets that needed replacement earlier and Sean installed them. He saw that the outlet running off one of them was not safe, and he made a new connection that enables me to use the socket without having to turn on one of the lights. He also noted that there were other areas in the basement that might need upgrading as the house was built in the sixties. He recommended an all-house check on the electrical system, but he was not a pushy sales person about it. I will hire this company do the check because I feel confident about their work due to this experience.

When I called to schedule I found there were extra charges. They tried to upsell me once they got here and I don't really like this.
