Randy's Electric

It went wonderfully. He was very professional and efficient. They were also very informative. I felt good about using them. The price is pretty competitive with others.

We called to set the appointment and they were able to come on the date we wanted. We were aware of the additional costs going into the service. The technician was very knowledgable and professional. We were really pleased with what he did.

Friendly and professional but I didn't want to pay the amount requested for the Electric work needed. I pay the $49 service fee and they said I could be refunded my Angie's List coupon as I did not use their service.

They were great. They were able to respond right away and they came out right away. We have had them come out and do something else for us since. He did not charge me for the smoke detector. He was quick. I would use him again.

Joe was so professional! At first, I thought I would see what I thought of his service on the garage outlet and his interaction with me. The garage outlet drove the appointment. I had in mind the other things I would add if his schedule allowed and I liked his service. I could tell right away that he was honest, respectful, professional, and a knowledgeable electrician. I usually rely on my Dad who does not live close by. This is the first time I have broken down and used an electrician. I don't like strangers in my house, but Joe made me feel very comfortable. I wish I would have wrote this review earlier, because then I would probably remember more reasons I am so happy with Joe's service. I will most definitely use Randy's Electric and ask for Joe again.

I like Randy's they are knowledgeable and efficient. They are not too fast and they do a good job. I have used them before. They are really good. They checked every room in the house. They checked every connection. They were very thorough. They told us what was good and what needed attention. I would use them again.

The work went well; David & Kendall did a good job. Price was more than I expected.

I think he did a great job but the price is a little bit high. The overall pricing for that is too high; I may able to find somebody cheaper than that. I didn't think it's going to be that expensive because he did some work then I had to replace a couple more other electrical that are outside lights...maybe that's the company's price but I found it a little bit higher.

They came when they said they would. The gave great helpful information. The completed the work as they said they would and on time. We would use their services again

We were happy with everything. They were helpful, nice to talk to, and everything was as we expected.

It did not turn out very well. I wanted a ceiling fan installed, but they had a set price for it, for which they normally charged $159. They would only apply the $69 I paid for the Big Deal towards it, and I had to pay the difference.

Good! They were able to provide guidance on what will you helped on, as well as made some good suggestions about other things that could be fixed to make our house safer, and took advantage of their advice. They put in a bunch of smoke takers. The biggest thing that service stands out instead, they were very conscientious, the gentleman who came out was really concerned about safety in warning us that have a safe house.

Good job, cost was twice as much at we thought it would be.

They were able to get us an appointment right away. He did an outlet repair for us. One technician came for the service and he finished the job in an hour. He did a good job overall. Even though I purchased the deal for two hours of services I had to pay more because they have a flat rate for outlet repairs.

We were happy with the work performed.

The staff and the work work good to excellent. My only error was mis-reading the ad, I took it to mean $200 for 2 hours of work (similar to other advertisers offers), but, really, it was $200 off.... so, the hourly rate ended up being very high compared to other electricians I have hired -- $555.00 total. But, again, that is my error for not reading the offer closely enough.

The pricing was astronomical for the amount of work that was done. They were also unresponsive when I tried to contact them about the high prices.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. I think I ended up paying more than the $69 and I don't know what the deal was with that. I think it was $80. I was a bit surprised by that but I didn't know what the deal said. The work was fine. The job was fine and they fixed what I needed to get fixed. I was going to have 2 things done but my neighbor came in and did the other thing. I was going to have them put in a bathroom fan but it was going to cost extra because there is no fan in there. I would use him again if there was another deal; otherwise I would just call my electrician.

The electricians are professional, cleaned up after job, reasonably priced, showed up on time, courteous, and explained how the work was done. I would highly recommend Randy's Electric to anyone.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were okay. It said $100 for $200 and it wasn't clear what the $200 included so it was an extra $88 when they got here. I wasn't quite prepared for that. Usually when I've had other people come out, they know what coupon I purchased and this guy didn't know and wanted to know if I had my coupon, which I didn't so it was kind of weird. It ended up being a bigger problem than what I anticipated. The guy that came out was okay but he kept going on and on. I think he was trying to get me to use them for more. He asked me what I thought it was and asked me if I thought it was this or this. I told him that if I knew I would have fixed it myself and that's why I called him. I don't think I would use them again.

We were pleased with the service. We were a little surprised that it was so much that we got charged. There were additional charges and it came in well over 200 Dollars. We knew that there would be additional charges, but we didn't know it would be that much. They did a really good job of keeping the area clean, and arriving on time.

It was easy to make an appointment, scheduled for the window between 11am-1pm. On the day of the appointment, I received a call while out at roughly around 10:10 AM from Dave who said he had finished his previous job early and wondered if he could come over to start the job. I came home and he was there at roughly 10:30 AM. He went through what I would like to have done and showed me the price list- which honestly, seemed over priced...roughly $250 for a new outlet receptacle to be installed (fyi- I later found an electrician who would put 2 separate receptacles in for a total of $150) I had purchased a $100 for $200 deal previously through Angies List and so that in itself used up the entire deal. The price for just diagnosing a problem and other tasks were adding up astronomically so I prioritized and went with just the new outlet and installation of the track lighting. It took Dave about an hour to install the new outlet. He then started on putting together the track lighting. He had told me previously that he would need to take a lunch break and so he decided to do it before putting up the track lighting. He said that he usually gets an hour to take for lunch but he would only take 45 minutes. I was a bit perplexed to say the least----I've never had someone who came out to do service on my house (when it was less than a full day's work) need to take a lunch hour. Please keep in mind- he had arrived only 1.5 hours before this lunch break. And he showed up early before the appointment time. Why couldn't he have taken his lunch break before he came to my house???? Why do I have to put my errands on hold (I needed to pick up things that I didn't get to because I had to come early since he wanted to start early) so that he can have a lunch break? Very strange. To top it off, before he took his lunch break he had BM in my bathroom and left a stench which was not appreciated. When he returned from his lunch break, I helped him put up the track lighting (had to design how it would run). He was knowledgeable about that and seemed to be more efficient (perhaps because he could tell I was a bit perturbed about waiting for him to return from his lunch break). The track lighting worked out great and I was satisfied with that. Overall, the work that needed to be done was done to my satisfaction. However, I would not use them again because of the peculiarity of the electrician and the lunch break, which reflected no respect for the homeowners time.

It worked out really well. He was on time and did a good job. Since I had him do additional work, there were additional fees with the Big Deal.

The next day I had some electric failure, they had to come back to fix it.

We just consulted with him, and he ended up not doing anything, but he was a really nice guy, and we were pleased with him. I liked him, he was a good guy, and straightforward. We will use him again if we need electrical work.
