I think they were a little expensive overall but they did good work.

Purchased $200 worth of service for $89 several days ago. Requested availability on Tues 3/25/14. Was contacted on previous day with phone reminder for service visit. Was contacted 1/2 hour prior to technician arriving at residence. Technician was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Reviewed electrical problem and was presented with fixed price list for various services. Determined that I needed a single circuit diagnosis and approved that process. Tech quickly determined that one circuit was overloaded with microwave, lights and outlets. Decided to run separate dedicated line for microwave. Tech was quick and neat in running the extra wiring and installation. Explained process and timetable as the morning progressed. Tested circuit and completed paperwork in efficient and professional manner. Explained options for future work. Technician's name is David. Overall very satisfied and happy with transaction and impressed with the service experience from Randy's Electric.

We had them replace a wall switch for an overhead light and check out a socket that we had trouble with. They were out within a few days of me purchasing the deal. The service was very good. There were additional fees because the deal covered basically their service call but I thought their price was reasonable. I was pleased with their work.

Arrived on time Listened to want we wanted done. Gave us an estimate on work. Made suggestions on how to accomplish work in cost effective manner. we agreed to work plan.[. He worked efficiently and finished in a timely manned. Cleaned up all areas of work and made sure we were happy with his job. We would use this company again.

My overall experience with them was very good. He had to come back and replace something. He stayed within the price agreed. He was responsive and punctual. He treated me professionally at all times.

It went very well and we were very pleased. The coupon was $89 and we ended up paying $200. They were punctual, nice, and reasonably priced.

They were very efficient, diligent, helpful and cleaned up well after themselves. I was amazed that they were able to work in my garage which is not heated when the weather was very cold. All in all they went above and beyond which impressed me a lot.

I called as per my convenience and it was nothing to do with him. It went above the big deal price. I didn't have a lot of electricians out here, but I think they have some kind of work sheet. I wish there was a way because it seems like it's pretty expensive to have an electrician. It doesn't take a whole lot of time to do what they have to do, but it still cost $200. I know it is expensive, but it is technical and not everybody works like this.

My smoke detectors began beeping for no reason just as I was heading out the door to go to work. No matter what I did, they would not shut off. I called Randy's and they sent an electrician to the house within three hours! He went out to get extended life batteries at my request, installed the new alarms and was on his way. What a relief. I also thought Cindy provided superior customer service. I would definitely use Randy's again.

They are great. They are responsive and punctual. They get the stuff done. They do not waste any time which I love. I do not have any dislikes. What I like is all positive. They tell you upfront what your charges would be. They anticipate time wise and charge wise, and they do it. I have just been thrilled with them. I would tell others to call or hire them. They installed new switches and put them underneath the floor so that there were no disruptions, no big marks on the wall or holes on the wall. I just cannot say enough positive about them. They have just been great. They are the best company I have used. I have used Angie’s list for other people too, but these guys I will go back to.

Sean the tech was great. gave very good advice on what to put where. Work was performed well and in a timely manor. The only complaint I would have is that it took way to long to get the first inspection, I had to call several times. The second inspection was scheduled quickly.

I purchased an Angie's List promotion - $89 for $200 worth of electrical service from Randy's Electric. I needed to add two outlets and had a bid from another electrical company for $100 for each outlet plus supplies. When Randy's Electric arrived they gave a quote of $788.00 plus a trip charge of $49.00. I refused the service and Randy's would not accept the voucher for which I paid $89.00 but insisted on payment of $49.00 for the trip charge. I had the work done by another electrical company on March 18th and it costed $215.00. The total work took less than 90 minutes. I would not recommend Randy's. The promotion was obviously only a ploy to greatly over charge the customer.

The work isn't cheap, but they always do a good job.

Through the "deal" that was offered, we paid $88 for $200 worth of work, not realizing that Randy's charged prices well in excess of reasonable. Since we had already paid for $200 worth of work, I went ahead and approved the simple job of attaching a switch and light to an unfinished basement-----the quality of the work was fine----but: the electrician was here 2 hours on the job, estimating the different possible jobs, and writing up the final bill for a total cost of $414----for two hours of work and maybe $10 in parts---$200/hr---for which we paid a total of $302.00 in total. Randy's also estimated replacing four outside light fixtures (just rewire, we had the new fixtures) at $118 per fixture, for a total of $472-----I had another electrician do the job today in 45 min for $80. A big difference! That's why Randy is able to provide a $200 coupon for $80, just inflate the bill by 5X the market rate.... Would we recommend Randy's Electric? Definite No! Would we ever use Randy's Electric again? Definite No! Also, along with the bill, we were left with material to recruit new followers to his ministry, Randy reread the 7th Commandment again (Thou shalt not steal)

They were great. The guys that came in did a really fantastic job. They cleaned up after themselves. They gave us all the prices up front. We would definitely use them again. The price of the projectwas a little bit more than I thought.

Furnace problem could not be diagnosed - not electrical. GFI was installed quickly and seems to work fine. The kitchen lights were not a original request, but I asked for his advice about them and he suggested the hanging lights and gave the installation price.

Two electricians arrived on time, were polite, gave estimate, preformed install quickly, and cleaned area nicely.

The service was fine, and I had them for some more work also. He was very nice. They came, and did what they needed to do, and made some suggestions. We took some of the suggestions, and not others.We would use them in the future.

They were very good. Their prices are a little higher but their services are good.

Electrician called to let me know when he was half an hour from my home. He was punctual and professional. We discussed the list of items that I wanted him to do and he let me know the cost for each. He discovered a problem with my air conditioning breaker and called me in to look at it and told me how he would repair it. When he was finished working, he walked me through each task and showed it to me. I had originally answered an "Angie's List Deal" ad which was $89 for services and $49 for the service call. He accomplished additional tasks which he explained to me and I approved. He also gave me a $25 coupon for another service call. I appreciate him pointing out that I did not have enough smoke detectors and installing the necessary amount (one which I had previously purchased but had not yet installed).

I called to set a date for the service. They said they would call 30 min. ahead of coming on Feb. 28th between 10am and 12. No one called and no one showed up. They called later that day to apologize but it was too late.
