Joel is a great guy to work with. Prompt, efficient, professional and reasonably priced. We have used his services a number of times.

It went well! Joel is flexible in terms of the timing in which he did the work (finding a window between early summer rain showers wasn't easy, but he was flexible about when he did the work if we wanted more time for the deck to dry out ... or more time for the stained deck to dry afterwards). He was also willing to discuss and help decide the specific product to be used on the deck.

Joel Roth has been painting our homes for approx. 15 years and his work is excellent.  He and his crew are very professional, clean, tidy and they always do a great job!  We have extensive gardens surrounding our home and they took exceptional care not to disturb any of the plants during the prep. and painting.
Work usually started by 8am and the crew usually didn't leave until sunset.  
When the jobs were done everything looked great and there was no evidence that there had been workers there.
Joel even offered to clean our gutters when he heard that we would have to rent a tall ladder to get to them!!!!

Joel Roth of Precision House Painting Co. returned our call requesting an estimate promptly. We requested a quote from him because he painted our house previously in 2006 and we were very happy with the results. He showed up promptly for the estimate on July 30th and said he could fit us into his schedule at the beginning of September. We intended to go with him all along but got another estimate from an Eden Prairie painting firm to ensure that Joel's estimate was competitive. It was 10% less than the other firm.
Joel power washed the house then spent several days prepping the house which included sanding and carpentry work. We opted for two coats which was sprayed on and brushed. He used Sherwin Williams Woodscapes stain. The results are excellent. As part of the cleanup Joel washed the windows which I thought was a nice touch.
I would not hesitate to use Joel in the future. in fact, he would be the first person I would contact for interior or exterior painting.
