They were prompt to the job, and their price was right in line with the insurance quote. The subcontractor that was used on my job (they have a number of them) was fine but not great. At the end, the finished work met with our approval, but we had to point out things that needed to be redone along the way, they didn't clean up at the end of each day, and missed 3 of the nine days of the job. That may not have been their fault as they were doing other Pillar jobs at the same time and were trying to juggle them along with mine. This is one of the reasons I wouldn't use Pillar again and the fact that you don't know if there is a better subcontractor they are using, but not on your job.
