I was able to get appointments at Morrie's Minnetoka (car's computer software needed updating, was under warranty so no cost) and Morrie's Brooklyn Park (oil change) in a timely manner. Staff answered the phone promptly when I called, and all work was performed as expected. Staff were courteous.

Went into the dealer to take delivery of a new car. Talked to
salesperson Mark L. about timing and set-up appointment. We waited for over
2 hours to get into the business managers for financing. We where per
approved for a lease. After waiting for over 2 hours with an appointment
mind you we walked out. This is the 2nd time we had delivery issues
with this dealer chain. Once in Minnetonka and now Brooklyn Park.
Brought same Outback from another Subaru dealer and will never go back
to Morrie's again. They don't respect our time and play games. Never got a call back from the business manager. Sales person called today looking for the keys which they miss placed

I loved my 2003 Forester and felt sick when I was rear-ended on I-94 and it was totaled. I wasn't happy about needing to replace it but I finally decided I would buy a low-mileage, used 2014 Subaru Forester. I went to Morrie's to test drive one and was very disappointed in the experience I had. I ended up emailing Dave Peterson since he and I had emailed back-and-forth about new cars. He responded that he would talk to Tina, the new car sales manager to see what they could do to make it right. Tina immediately called me to say she wanted to do whatever she could to earn my business. She offered me a great deal on a new 2015 Forester that made it worthwhile for me to explore this option further. I told her I would test-drive one but that it would take me a couple of days to get there since my family was sharing one vehicle since mine had been totaled. She offered me the use of a loaner for several days and within an hour Dave showed up at my house with one. The next day I drove the new Forester that had exactly the options I wanted and decided this would be my next vehicle. Dave and Tina were both incredibly helpful and explained exactly how they arrived at their lowest price. I had been to 2 other Subaru dealerships in the Twin Cities and had done extensive research online so I knew exactly what deals I could get from others. Honestly, I could have bought the car for about $150 lower from Walser but when I compared the warranty, Buy Happy program and service fees for both dealerships I knew I would come out ahead by buying from Morrie's. I also loved working with Dave and Tina. The next day I returned with my spouse and daughter and they were also warmly welcomed and treated with respect and kindness - not always the case for a lesbian and mixed race couple! The entire experience was wonderful! When we get ready to buy our next vehicle there is no question who we'll buy from.

The service specialists were so very helpful and accommodating! I called to make an appointment for the service which I was told would take the majority of the day (10am-5pm). I called back days later to ask about getting a loaner because I have 2 small children with me and live across the cities from their location. They did not have any loaners but ordered and payed for a rental from Enterprise. The rental was obviously a and quot;premiumand quot; level car--not at all what I expected! It was there to meet me when I dropped off the Subaru for service.
Later that day the service specialist, Dan, called to say that it would be done around 4:15 but that since I had the kids and lived across the city I could come back the next morning to pick it up and drop off the rental. He asked me to call him before we got there so that he could have the car warmed up. He had it washed the night before, kept it inside over night and then we did the carseat transfer inside so that we didn't have to be out in the bitter cold. The car looked great and the work was done.
I have had my Subaru for 3 years (bought it from Morrie's) and have always had very positive experiences there. This time was exceptional! I would definitely recommend this dealership to other for both purchasing and service.

I brought my vehicle in with concerns about a possible tire leak. I had bought the car used from this dealer just a few months earlier and expected that they would take care of any problems with minimal cost to me since we had purchased their and quot;Buy Happyand quot; care care coverage. Scott Olson and his team far exceeded my expectations. Scott informed me that my car qualified for a brand new set of tires FREE! I returned to the dealer the following week when the new tires arrived and an hour later I left with a brand new set of tires, and a sense of loyalty to a car dealer that I've never before experienced.

CALLED ON THE 3RD AND ASKED IF ALL THIS WORK COULD BE DONE IN ONE DAY. THEY SAID YES AND THEY WOULD HAVE A RENTAL CAR READY FOR US.
ARRIVED ON THE 8TH AT 9:00 , AND WAITED FOR 1/2 HOUR FOR THE RENTAL..( THIS WAS O.K. )
AT 4:30 I CALLED TO SEE IF THE CAR WAS ABOUT DONE. THEY SAID IT WAS STILL ALL TORE DOWN and WOULD CALL ME BACK TOMORROW.
CALLED AT 11:00 A.M. AND SAID IT WAS READY..
THEY HAD QUOTED A PRICE OF $ 950 WHEN THEY WROTE THE ORDER UP. THE ACTUAL PRICE TURNED OUT TO BE ONLY $ 753. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT RIP YOU OFF, AND THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK!!
THIS WORK WAS DONE ON A 2003 SUBARU FORESTER.
