MORKARE LAWN & PONDS

We've used Morkare for several seasons now. We pay for their annual program. They show up on schedule without me needing to remind them - something that has not always been true with other companies I have hired in the past for annual service. We've asked Morkare to focus on a few problem areas where creeping charlie is invading from the neighbors' yards, and they've done a good job dealing with those problems.

Morkare provides seasonal lawn fertilization and treatment. They come, do the work, leave a bill for the amount you agreed on in advance. I'm even getting compliments from my neighbors on my good looking lawn. I have not seen a dandelion in three years! It's a great company.

They're local. They're only about 6 blocks from my house. I think they do little backyard waterfall stuff. They were excellent. They were really good. The only reason I didn't choose them this last time to do yard clean up is because they were busy. They were reasonable. I believe their price was in the same ballpark with the last company I used. It was great. Actually, I got him right away when I called. It is a home-operated business. He and his wife were both very pleasant and very nice to deal with. He was a nice guy to talk to when he came out to the house. I went back to him for the work I had done this fall but he was booked up and wasn't available for a long period of time so I chose someone else. I would consider to use them in the future. I like to deal with local people and he's only about 6 blocks away.

Looked great however, there was a small leak in the pond and took 3 months for him to get it corrected. HOWEVER, he came back several times to figure it out and I never felt like he as going to stop until he corrected this problem. Finally, he found the solution and it is now AWESOME !!

Dean does what I want, and does not pressure me to purchase unwanted services. He will provide advice if asked and makes good suggestion if you want it. He is responsive and performs work on time. He always does what he is asked to do and is very pleasant and professional. I have had great results from his fertilizing (good weed control, healthy grass). He is honest, low pressure, and price runs about average. He also does ponds but I have not had one installed.
