My amp connections must have been loose so he showed me how to ensure the connections were tight. Jeff spent a lot of his time with me without charge! Unbelievable customer service. These guys care about treating their customers with respect, and they stand behind their products and service like few companies seem to these days. Had an i pod adapter installed & it wasn't working well with my car's navigations system, so they replaced it with another brand...which had some glitches also...but they were so accommodating in making sure I was satisfied & had a good, working product. They finally installed a third blue tooth adapter that works great. They were quick and responsive to all phone calls. I can't praise them enough for their superior service and attention to customer satisfaction! Highly recommend!!!

Description of Work: My CD changer in my Toyota Sequoia was replaced and they were able to raise the back window which was stuck down/completely open. After calling around to numerous audio repair companies for estimates, Mobile Installation was the only company that did NOT try to up-sell me on expensive audio equipment that I didn't need or request. Jeff, the owner, was very helpful in explaining the process and keeping me updated on the time needed to complete the process. When I originally called, it was just for the CD changer. The back window became stuck the day prior to my appointment and they were able to take a look at it and help me out for very minimal cost. I am extremely pleased with their work and customer service. The overall cost and length of service were both a bit less than expected.

I returned to have it fixed and they immediately fixed it with no wait and nothing but willingness to help. The radio that I purchased (not from them) also turned out to be defective and they swapped it out for no charge. Extremely generous of them since there was nothing wrong with their work.

Description of Work: A CD got stuck in my 6-CD player - I tried everything to get it out, but the car wouldn't even recognize that I had a player anymore. They removed the old player, got my CDs out in perfect condition, and replaced the CD player with a new one. They were EXCELLENT to deal with, every step of the way -- very professional, knowledgable, and "with it" and respectful. I wish that they did general auto repair :)

 + 0 moreJeff, the owner, did a fantastic job of upgrading the sound quality in my 2014 Honda Odyssey. At the beginning he listened to the type of sound I was looking for and clearly explained the different choices I had in speakers and made a recommendation that made sense for my situation. The installation was done professionally and quickly. Jeff went above and beyond what I normally see in customer service to make sure the job was completed in the promised time frame even though an unexpected complication was encountered during the job. I would definitely recommend and trust Mobile Installation Services for any of the services they offer based on my experience.

 + 0 moreI had a mobile van and I had a radio put in yesterday. It is a small RV. He was excellent. He runs a small shop. I would highly recommend him. He was an expert at what he did. I watched him take the old radio out. He helped me understand how the new radio functioned. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I had a small water leak and it dried my last radio out. That was a job well done! I am very happy with the results.
Description of Work: I used Mobile Installation Service for audio radio service. I went there yesterday. He did a superb job. I wanted a solar panel installed also for charging a battery. He gave me advise.
