They did a wonderful job. The fit us into the schedule right away and the driveway and sidewalk were perfect.

Called early in the morning of our 2nd 13'' snowfall in three days and asked for plowing of my long driveway. Was told that crews were already out and working further north, but that if I was flexible about time, they would fit me in later in the day. They came and plowed and did a thorough job. Reasonable cost. Considering this is probably the biggest snowfall in 7 years, I was impressed they could add me to their schedule.

JOHN IS PROMPT, RESPONSIVE, AND ACTUALLY LIVES UP TO THE CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS AND THEN SOME. WHEN DOING SNOW REMOVAL, HE CAME TO OUR HOUSE RIGHT AFTER THE STORM FRONT MOVED THROUGH AND PLOWED THE DRIVEWAYS AND WALKING AREAS SO WE CAN GET OUT, THEN CAME BACK LATER IN THE WEEK TO MOVE THE SECOND 12" SNOW FALL. HE IS A CLASS ACT AND IT REFLECTS IN HOW HE RUNS HIS BUSINESS.

I usually do my own snow removal but I needed help after a snow fall while I was recovering from an illness. I called this business based on its proximity to my home. They agreed to come out the same day and do a one-time snow removal. He arrived at the time promised and did a thorough job. He took the time to shovel the edges of the driveway by hand and then do the bulk with his truck so that the entire driveway was done. He charged me $30, which I thought was very reasonable for my large driveway (about 20 minutes of work) and the prompt service. I do not typically use a snow removal service, though, so I am not he best judge of price. I would use this business again.
