Corey is awesome. I am totally "un-handy" and always a bit embarrassed to have to ask for help, but Corey is friendly, very competent, made time to visit my house super quickly, and helped me with a number of tasks - all of which I was very happy with. I will definitely be using Corey's services again! Highly recommended!

We have known Corey for a long time and had never leveraged his services before. On a whim, we reached out to ask about blending in some popcorn textured ceiling repairs before putting our home on the market. He did a fantastic job of making the ceiling patches look almost entirely seamless and even added some nail pop repairs for a very reasonable added cost. We will definitely hire Corey again and have already started conversations with him about some projects that we hope he'll be able to help us tackle. Prompt, reliable, professional, fair prices, and great outcomes.

The bid process was very difficult. Corey gave us round numbers for painting, handyman work but didn't break down what each task would cost us. We wanted to know if we could afford the work and get the money out of the home in the long run if he did the entire project for us.
We decided to save some money, after the bid was given to us, and do some of the painting and misc projects ourselves. Corey was very upset that we decided to pull some work away from him once he got started. We thought his quotes were way too high (like $100 to buy and install 5 smoke detectors in the home - we bought them ourselves and it cost us $50 total - did it really cost $50 for labor to buy and install them??).
When we ended up pulling some work from Corey, I got a 15 minute lecture on the phone that he didn't appreciate the work being taken from him and that he was pretty much done working with us. He had not bid the outside work yet.
I have referred Corey out to many people in the past and got good feedback so we thought we would use him ourselves for our home. His prices are way too high and although his work is professional, it can certainly be done for less.
I'm disappointed to say I won't be using or referring him out again.
