Another excellent interaction with Champion. I purchased a deal for a garage door tune-up. The company promptly responded to my order and provided a range of times to conduct the service. The technician, Payton, arrived on time and was friendly, polite, and professional. He completed the job promptly and also made some basic maintenance type recommendations for minor things I could do to keep the door working properly. Will definitely hire again should the need arise.

Very well. Pleased with the service. They communicated well when they could come and were here in a timely manner. Worked with us on our schedule. Peyton had the new opener installed in no time. He explained all the functions, remotes, and even set up the one in the car for us. He was very pleasant and friendly. Wore a mask, without us even having to ask, which was extremely important to us right now. Have used them before and will definitely use again as needed.

I didn't use Champion Garage Doors. I used another AL-recommended vendor, who did a GREAT job. I am NOT giving Champion a bad review, I just didn't work with them, and I know nothing about them.

Had a great experience. a chain sprocket sheared off my old opener. The technician gave option of fixing or replacing the 16 year old opener. Decided on the opener and next day he had it installed in just an hour. Would definitely use again if need be.

As the door was closing it fell suddenly with a huge bang, trapping both cars inside. We couldn't raise the door on its own. We called Champion late in the day,, they called back and said they'd be out early the next day. Arrived at 8. The spring had broken. They could not fix that day but were able to open the door to move the cars. We decided to replace the ancient, deteriorating door as well and set an appointment for 2 days later. They installed the new door, and reviewed all the maintenance and lubrication with us. They kept their appointments, called when they were on the way, explained pros and cons of the door options, and were very professional. I would have liked to have the door fixed sooner but they were already working through the holiday weekend and were upfront about when they could do the work.

The tech from Champion arrived promptly and diagnosed what the problem was (upper rail bracket needed to be adjusted and firmed up) and fixed it. He also went through a whole door tune-up/inspection. Great service! We would definitely use them again and highly recommend Champion Garage doors.

FANTASTIC! Lead tech Chris was dispatched same day despite COVID-19 lock down. Replaced both garage door springs as needed, PLUS performed a COMPLIMENTARY maintenance inspection, lubed door rollers/springs/end bearings, and gave me advice about how to maintain my old opener/door/rollers until they eventually need replacement. AT ALL TIMES, TECH RESPECTED SOCIAL DISTANCING WHILE STILL PROVIDING TOP-NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. A+A+A+++

My garage door opener was not opening and closing, but the motor was running. A young kid came and before even inspecting the unit, was suggesting I just buy an entire new garage door opener. I said no, I'd just like to repair it if possible. He called Genie and they gave him 2 parts that would likely fix the issue (capacitor and transformer). The total for BOTH these parts on Amazon is $30. He said the cost to install them would be $250 (the amount of time needed to install these would likely be < 30 minutes). $220 in labor charges for a half hour of work? What a joke - that is completely absurd. He said the costs included what would amount to the traveling time it would cost them to drive around to get the parts. I said no thanks. I essentially just paid $70 to have him call Genie and get a part #. Not sure how they come up with their pricing model, but I would definitely not hire this company again.

Great. I discovered one morning last week that my garage door wouldn't open because the springs had broken. I called Champion, and asked them if they could fix it by 3:30pm so I could get my car out of the garage and go to work. Within 2 hours, they had a technician at my house who replaced the springs in plenty of time for me to get to work. I'm very thankful for their great service.

The Spring wasn't holding the door up, the seal was letting water in and the door was noisy. The technician took care of everything quickly and for a reasonable price. A neighbor even commented how quiet the door was after he was done.

Chris from Champion visited for standard garage door inspection, and identified significant issues with existing weatherstripping (bottom retainer seals AND vinyl framing around garage door) which were likely to cause full door replacement in next few years. We performed some suggested remediations (sand & paint), then he returned and replaced all the weatherstripping. His passion for his job BLEW my mind - Would hire again in a second.
