Larry did the work, however, I had no idea his hourly rate was so high. 294.00 to replace a toilet flush valve. I could've and should've done it myself, and in the future, I will if needed. I can't afford Larry any longer.

The apprentice turned off the main water valves to turn off the water in the house, which is standard practice, then turned on all the faucets to drain the water. After the work was complete he turned the main water valves back on, The apprentice forgot to turn off the faucet in the upstairs bathroom sink, the sink over flowed with excessive water on the floor, which leaked through the floor causing water damage in the kitchen ceiling below. When we arrived to our home that evening, the apprentice left already not letting us know what happened. The bathroom was soak and wet, the floor was covered in shoe mud, it was so obvious that he was trying to clean up but left a big mess. The next day we realized a big water stain on our kitchen ceiling, and immediately called Larry. Larry and his apprentice came to look at the damage. They both were denying the damage that the apprentice caused. The apprentice got really defensive and rude, called my husband "you are stupid, shut up" and few other rude language that was so unnecessary. My husband told the apprentice to get out of our house and I felt personally threatened. Larry stayed and talked to us more about the damage and he agreed that the apprentice made a mistake. He said that he would work this out with us but he wanted us to pay $600 to fix our ceiling!!!! My husband and I were very disappointed with his work. My husband also found many other discrepancies, and he gave Larry the list of discrepancies in letter format. Larry never responded to my husbands discrepancies letter and Larry wanted us to make the final payment before he got the City inspection. Unfortunately we ended up firing Larry and his apprentice due to unprofessionalism, rudeness, and wanting to get paid all before finishing the work!! This was a big project for us, and due to these events we were behind more then a month. We ended up hiring a different plumber who came and fixed City code violation that Larry's company did also fixed the water damage. If you love your house and want a good work done, I would not recommend hiring Artistic Plumbing Inc.

Larry changed our water heater very quickly and cleanly, and answered all my questions. He also solved a really tough disaster a year ago when my water heater ruptured and plugged up my entire water system throughout my house. Larry is the best, and as far as I can tell from competitive quotes, he is slightly cheaper than most other plumbers. He is our go-to guy.

He was fantastic. He did a great job and gave us a great price. He also gave us a 10% discount for being seniors. We have also referred him to our relatives too, since they knew we were so pleased with his service.

Everything went as expected. The problem was assessed and the pipe was replaced. The bathroom fixtures needed o-rings replaced -- an easy job for Larry but was an immense help for 2 people who doesn't know anything about plumbing. We appreciate his help and will absolutely call him again should the need arise.

He finished the most recent project which was part of a larger project. I got the bill and it was triple what the owner said it would be. I was really disheartened because I am unable to find someone to tile my floor and finish the job. The job looks great but the price was too high. I had to do the entire cleanup after his plumbing. I am really unhappy with him and will not use him again in the future. He was very friendly and clean and did the job in one day but kept skirting around the subject of his exorbitant hourly rates and the increase in the quoted price.

They are very good. Larry found one problem and advised me how to find a handyman to fix the rest.

The work has turned out fabulous. I have used Larry on two occasions and I would highly recommend him. He’s not only a gentleman but also an artist. He lives up to his word.

The work turned out excellent. I had a very short timeline and this gentleman was able to get the job done. He even stayed till 2am to make sure the work was completed. He did a great job and I would use him again. He has done everything he said he would. He is very thorough in his prices and he is very good at what he does.

The city inspector was very impressed with Larry's installation of the water heater and softener. The inspector made it a point to get Larry's name, in the event that he needed a GOOD plumber, and that is my point. Larry Howell is a great plumber. I am constantly amazed at his efficiency. He has a whole warehouse in his truck. he is prompt and if he is going to be late I will get a call. He is more than fair in his billing, in fact, if you were to ask my if I got my moneys worth, I would have to say that I got more than my moneys worth in the quality of the work. I would highly recommend Larry Howell and Artistic Plumbing.

It went excellent.

He didn't diagnose the problem correctly so that's why I got the extra charge. Unsatisfactory and the shower turned out to be smaller than what I understood.
