My husband and I have a large yard with quite a few trees in our yard. We usually do our own fall leaf clean up, but I had a heart attack in September and my husband was also having health problems. We decided to hire someone to clean up the leaves in our yard. I called 763-588-Lawn approx Oct 27, 2014 to get an estimate. I spoke to the owner. He said he would come out to give me an estimate. He later called me to let me know that he drove by our property and gave me an estimate of $225.00. I told him I would get back to him as I wanted to get a couple other estimates. His price was reasonable and he had good reviews on Angies List so we decided to hire him to clean up our yard and leaves. I called him on Oct 29th to let him know we wanted to hire him to clean up our yard. I told him that we wanted to wait a couple of days as some of our trees had not dropped their leaves. He told me to call him when we wanted to have him come and he would come to clean up our yard in 2-3 days after we called. THe weather reports predicted snow for November 10th so I called 763-588-Lawn on the morning of Monday November 3rd. I only got his voice mail so I left him a message that we wanted to have him come to clean up our leaves and to have him call me to set up a day for him to come. He did not return my call so I called him late in the day again on Tuesday Nov 4th, I got his voice mail again and left another message and stated if he did not call me back I would have to hire some one else. He did not return my call so I called again on Wednesday Nov 5th and I finally got a hold of him. He said he would come on Saturday November 8th to clean up our leaves. He did not give me a time. I did mention they were predicting snow for November 10th so we need to get the work done. On Saturday November 8th we waited all day for him to come. When he did not show up or call by 2:00pm in the afternoon I tried calling him and I got his voice mail. I left him a message to call me back to let me know if he would be coming. He never did call me back until 5:30pm. I missed his call, but I called him right back. I spoke to the owner and he said he had a lot of jobs and was not able to make it. He said he would be doing yard clean up the next day but was not sure he would be able to come because he was doing yard clean up for his regular customers. Apparently if you are not a regular customer you do not receive any service from this company. I was upset and told him not to bother as my husband would try and do want he could. Then at least we would be guaranteed we would get the leaves off the grass. He apologized but it was too little too late. What most frustrated me was that if he was too busy he could have told me that when I talked to him on Nov 5th I might have had an opportunity to hire some one else as I told him we were getting snow the following Monday. In my opinion this company is very unprofessional and unreliable and would not hire them or recommend them.

My husband sustained a knee injury which required surgery to repair, so all outdoor work came to a stop. We called Josh Parlow (dba 763-588-LAWN) on Wednesday 10/29; he gave us an estimate the next morning, Thursday 10/30 and did the job on that same afternoon. He was so kind to squeeze us in with his busy schedule! He did a great job -- fast and efficient and the lawn looks great. Will use his lawn service again in the Spring for clean-up and to refresh our outdoor space before we list our home for sale. Thanks for a great job, Josh!

We used PPM to trim the bushes around the house and do some weeding and general clean-up. They were responsive with an estimate almost immediately and they got the work done quickly. They were reasonably priced as well. I would definitely use them again.

This is the third year in a row that I've used PPM for fall leaf cleanup and I'm still extremely satisfied. I actually thought I'd already created a review for them, so I feel a little bad that I'm a couple of years late in posting how great these folks are. I have a half acre lot with about 40 oaks... so there's a lot of leaves. What can I say? They score high in every category. Josh is very responsive, courteous and professional. Because I never know when the leaves will be down, I wait until I have a good idea before I call up to schedule and he always fits me in with about a week notice. They always show up - even if they get stuck at another job for a while, they have still come over and worked past sunset to get the job done. They have the right equipment, so I know the work is getting done efficiently. If I ever decide that I need more landscaping work done, these guys will be my first call.

Reliable and flexible.

Josh (Owner) has been very responsive, always does a fantastic job. We are now expanding what Parlows does for us (landscaping, fall cleanup, snow removal when it gets to be that time of year again). We started using Parlows earlier this summer. I highly recommend.
