The work was done well, the crew was courteous, they did good clean-up, and company personnel interacted with city inspectors. When window trim was damaged in the removal portion of the work, they replaced the damaged materials. Before painting they had me again review the selected color. It was not as I anticipated so we went to the paint store and got a color that world work. I was very pleased with both the work and the process. I have called the company again for other things and have been repeatedly happy with the quality of their work.

It went well. The deck has a railing with inset pieces and had to be worked by hand. They draped the concrete and small retaining walls below the deck so that stain did not drip through and they were careful not to stain the side of the house. I was very pleased. They were courteous and the work was professionally done.

I have used US CAT for many years. Thomas Adams is what you should expect in a contractor / small business owner. 1) His pricing is fair and reasonable. 2) The office staff and workers are punctual and thorough. 3) Is there is a customer service call and or concern they promptly respond.

PERFECT!!! From the time of initial call until completion, the crew was on the site immediately and worked diligently to locate the source of the ground water Thomas Adams was in constant contact with me (property manager) so that I can keep my clients informed every step of the way. Options and explanations were provided so a determination could be made on the best repair of the problem.
US Cat had to dig down 6+ feet in a landscaped area of the property to locate the problem (old drainage pipe). Once the repair was made and the area put back together, both myself and the Board of Directors of the property could barley tell that the ground was disturbed!
