They were the lowest bid for the contract. I liked him better than the other contractors. The grant states you have to go with the lowest contractor of you have to pay the difference. They do a lot of these grants. I live in a hundred year old house. He was very good at matching up the materials. Their price was very reasonable. I would give them top marks.
