He came out and gave me a paper quote. He was very thorough and showed me all the options and gave me his expert opinions which all made sense. He gave good explanations of why things should be done a certain way and he accurately advised me of what to expect and what I needed to do to prepare for work done. His quote was the best out of a handful of providers I had quote me. He came out as scheduled with his assistant. They were professional. He was knowledgeable. Work was completed as scheduled and price was the same as quoted. He cleaned up when he left. I like that it's a small company. I've had problems with the larger ones in the past, where you get a different technician each visit.
