One star because negative stars not an option. We hired them for 3 custom garage doors on our new shed. One door broke within weeks of installation. They came back out and told us the installer was no longer an employee due to bad performance. They “fixed” his mistake. Same door broke again two more times leaving our shed open to theft. They actually charged us for service calls to “fix” it! We asked to have it replaced but said each time it was fixed. Door now broke again for 4th time and Brian (I believe the owner) will not return our calls! These doors are $3,000 each! Do not use this company. We are turning them into BBB.

There was some miscommunication regarding time of service call. The serviceman came out after hours did the repair and discounted the call.  I will definitely use them again.  Great Customer Service!

They messed up having my hardware that goes on the door, and because of that they ended up putting in the garage door on wrong. When the other guy came out to put the hardware on, he realized the door was on wrong and it came wrong from the manufacturer so I had to wait for a whole new door to be made. In the past when we have used them, same thing happened where they forgot batteries for the back up remodel, and the finishing details. They have a great product, but they just didn't get it all finished.

When the spring broke on the garage door. Door Doctor was out the next morning to fix it. The total bill (Parts and Labor) was actually less expensive then buying the parts alone from Fleet Farm.
I had them out a second time and I thought I was going to need a whole new garage door opener. The took the opener apart and said all it needed was a 15 dollar gear. It was nice to find a truly HONEST business.
