+ -1 moreThe experience is very comforting. The guys that work at ACE do not judge and are very helpful and patient with females. The people at the Brainerd store know the products. They are also helpful giving "tips" and "tricks" for home projects. In comparison with the big box stores we have here - ACE always wins. I may have to pay more for some items but the service I get at ACE is totally worth it!
Description of Work: New home required several purchases from ACE. As a woman, going into a hardware store can be challenging. I always bring the "piece" that I am trying to replace. Bring as much info. as you can about what you are looking for and how it's going to be used. DO bring a detailed listDO bring your ACE rewards cardDo ask for assistance DONT go after 3 on Sunday - they are closed
