Real Estate Service
We rented a house through this agency. We purchased a house before the 7 month least was up and
didn't actually use the house the entire 7 months but paid the rent on time anyway. Kept the utilities up etc.
When we got to the last month, the agent Wade Barslou suggested we turn the keys in early so we could get
our $750 deposit back early. when the deposit didn't come by the 10th of the following month we inquired as
to what was taking so long. We were told the owners had until the 21st to return it. We still have not gotten our
deposit back.
Minnesota law only regulates the owners of the home who are renting it but these people are out of state. Realtor
will take no responsibility in a case like this. I feel in good faith he should do something other than just say tough
stuff. I'm sure he's getting his fee.
