The house and windows look great. My only concern is that the workers did not come prepared with masks and I had to give one to one of them. They did wear the masks provided.

Eric was great and pays attention to detail. We have worked with Eric for a few years now, hanging lights across our roof line. He’s very careful to teat the lights before and after they are hung. One year we had a strong go out and Eric came to fix them within a couple of days. He returns in the Spring to take them down. Highly recommend.

They have done the gutters for several years for us and always are prompt and could at communicating when they would be on site. They have never left any mess or damage behind. I recommend them for their services.

The WOH employee did an excellent and timely job of cleaning our gutters again this year, as they have over the past several years. They came within a week of when we sought the service. Left the yard very clean. Friendly service. Would definitely have them do it again.

We managed to squeeze the job in on an above freezing day, but gutters were still full of frozen debris and took a bit longer to clean than the previous three times."

Work was done perfectly and was actually priced under the original estimate. The service person was polite and also did some extra work for us beyong the original scope of work for a nominal additional charge. We are so impressed with the responsiveness of the firm and the quality of the work that we plan to make use of other services they provide such as power washing our deck next spring.

Owner was able to fit me in on short notice. He sent Weston and Bryan out to the house to do the cleaning. Both did excellent work! The company is a bit more expensive for the services rendered than others I have used, but after today I would never consider hiring anyone else. They were well worth the few extra dollars I spent. One more thing to add. I have used many house and window cleaners over the years. With all of them I felt like I had to go over there work and point out areas that were missed or not done well. Not with these guys! They did an outstanding job the first time and double checked there own work. In fact they asked me to unlock some doors so that they could get access to a window that they had missed a small little spot on.

With regards to punctuality, the first client of the day had about twice as much work as stated (this rarely happens), and we made you aware that the crew would be coming a bit later which you were totally fine with. Unfortunately, in this line of work the only arrival time we can guarantee is the first job of the day. The others are usually within 30 minutes of the estimated arrival time, and we keep customers updated if the estimated arrival time will be different.
