I've used the same dealership for an older vehicle. Repair is excellent and price seems fair. Since then I bought 2 vehicles from them. Fair price and friendly service.

I give all A's because they do what they are suppose to do. They are friendly. They seem interested. They don't seem to try to up charge or put something in that you don't need.

I have been with them since 2012 when I got my Toyota. They are good. Very efficient, they do what they say and on time.

It was a Highlander. The experience was really good. We went shopping to many different places, and we're really happy with them. They wouldn't negotiate at all. It was a new car. Very professional. I would purchase from them again; I'm comfortable with them.

I got a really good deal. They were very helpful. I really liked my sales guy that I was working with but his manager that he reported to - I wasn't that keen on him. He didn't have much of a personality and we did need to do some negotiating. I thought his customer service skills could have been a little bit better. I did really like the sales guy a lot.

I don't pay for them so I can't really put the price on that because that's the deal.

I have free oil changes for life.  I bought my car there.  It was roughly around $700 but then I got a $70 rebate from the manufacturer.  They never try to talk me into anything that's unnecessary and they offer free car washes when you come in for service.  I’ll buy my next car from them too.  Because they did the oil change too it was about 90 minutes.  I have free oil changes so I can go in twice a year for that.  When I bought my car that was part of the deal so as long as I own this car.

Service was no charge because we purchased the vehicle there. They have always been very good. They are right on with responsiveness. Workers treat you very well. It took less than an hour for service to be done. They let you know the results of the inspection.

The salesman was terrific. It took one day for all the paper work to be done. The environment of the dealership was nice. They had Internet service, comfortable seating, TV, free coffee and pop corn.

They got my order incorrect

They are pretty upfront about communicating what the process is gonna be. They are a little expensive. Service is good, quality is good. Everything is good except for pricing.
