+ -1 moreWow, these guys are very professional. A knowledgable repair person, (not an answering service or secretary), answers the phone so they can discern what type of service you need. Lee told us that he'd have his serviceman call us. When Mark called he patiently led us through the steps over the phone to reprogram the garage door. He spent at least 15 minutes on the phone with us. We got it fixed without them having to come out. How much did this cost? They did not charge us! Amazing. They are definitely at the top of our list when we next need a repair. P.S. don't confuse them with Universal Garage Door REPAIR which is a different company.
