I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF CLAVINOVAS. THERE ARE NOT TOO MANY PEOPLE WHO REPAIR THESE ITEMS IN THE TWIN CITIES SO WE ARE LUCKY THAT DALE IS SO KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE SCHMITT REP DID NOT TELL ME THAT THEY CHARGED FOR TRAVEL TIME WHEN I GOT THE QUOTE BUT IT WAS WELL WORTH THE MONEY TO HAVE A FIXED PIANO. I WILL REST A LITTLE EASIER IF I HAVE TROUBLES AGAIN KNOWING THAT I CAN CALL THEM TO FIX MY PIANO.

AFTER HE TUNED IT, HE PLAYED ON THE PIANO WHICH I THOUGHT WAS NEAT.
