It was broken. We put a hundred-dollar deposit for the opener. All they charged me so far was the deposit. They already traded out the spring and the tracks. They only charged me for the adjustment. It opens and closes. They gave me advice to get a new battery, like take out the old battery because it's a year old. They did offer the extra stuff. They were very nice, they were fast to get here.
