The girls are wonderful- we always have Taylor and Nikki in our home. They are very responsive, very friendly, on time, and respectful of our home and dog! The clean that they provide is great! Other than minor misses that I request they add/focus on next time, they get everything each time! They make the beds, dust and wipe down surfaces, mop and leave then house feeling great!

Amazing! Our Pro Taylor did a fantastic job. She pays attention to details and focuses on areas that I request. She was professional and even found a car model piece that my husband had lost. I hope Taylor stays with the company and we can continue to have her perform our monthly cleaning services.

Matty did a fantastic job cleaning our home! She's a hard worker and even gets our hard to clean kitchen floor clean!

The owner, Travis, met with me to talk about what my expectations were and then conveyed them to Caitlyn and Sarah, who definitely delivered! I love how they paid attention to the little things like dusting under some of my clutter and the deep cleaning of my carpets. Caitlyn and Sarah were very friendly and courteous and really know how to do a thorough cleaning.

We used several private cleaning people over 20 years and experienced only fair to average "take-what-you-can-get" quality at times and the problematic time-drain, inconvenience and uncertainty of dealing with turnover. We recently interviewed several individuals and two companies. We definitely feel me made the best possible choice with MaidPro. The owner is directly involved with customers and quality control and has excellent communication. The security measures in place and method of screening and hiring employees really put my mind at ease, and the experience lives up to the representations made on the front end. We have an assigned team of the same two fabulous people, Sarah and Tatum. They are very personable, efficient and thorough, and strike me as people who wake up every day wanting to be helpful. While we pay more than we did with private individuals, it is a fair trade-off. We have reliability: someone will always be here and always do an excellent job, and we are not left to juggle our schedule on short notice or simply lose a cleaning day for a cycle. If any issues may arise, I feel very comfortable knowing that in the unlikely event any issues arise in the future, the owner will address them in a professional manner and our great service will continue. We are very happy customers!

Caitlyn and the MaidPro team were great to work with and do a high quality job.  Communications with Travis (the supervisor) have been easy and quick via email/phone.  He is very responsive and proactive.  For example our scheduled visit fell on a holiday and he was very proactive to call us and confirm that Caitlyn would not be coming but offered an alternative person to cover the day if we wanted.  I like that little extra effort that is tough to find from anyone these days.  I'm happy to be a customer of MaidPro!

Travis, Brenda, and Caitlin arrived in a timely manner and quickly got to work.  They were thorough and careful in their work. My house looked so much better when they were done. They did an incredible job on cleaning our walls and doors. I really appreciated their work, especially Brenda's work in the basement and Caitlin's work in our den.  I liked their work so much they are coming back to assist in keeping up the house during its showing.II really thought their price was fair and that I got an excellent value for my money.
