Very unprofessional on the phone. Twice there was yelling at someone in his home/office while on the phone with me. Did not get timely responses to messages left. Would hire again only because this is the only provider of this size dumpster in my area.

Although I was out of his delivery area he decided to provide two tubs I needed for a whole house remodel. Saved me some money compared to other disposal services. Exceptionally pleasant to deal with, knows how to treat a customer.

I highly recommend Mac's Tubs! I called on a Wednesday afternoon and they delivered the TUB by 9:00AM on Thursday morning! The person who took my call was friendly, accommodating and professional. The driver who delivered the TUB was extremely friendly and helped us decide on a safe spot to place the TUB. He was very nice to my daughter and even gave her a lollipop. The spot where we placed the TUB was tight and the driver did an amazing job placing it carefully and securely. I called again on the following Wednesday and scheduled the TUB to be picked up the following day. The rep said no problem! The driver who picked up the TUB was also friendly and kind and did a wonderful job. We are extremely pleased with the service provided and will definitely use them again!

We've rented dumpsters from them before at fair prices. I wanted another so I called the up.
According to a voice message, they've decided to close their business.
So TUBS is no longer available. That's sad.

They dropped the tub EXACTLY where they said they would. The driver used some common sense when he looked at what we where doing. Common sense is a rare commodity these days.

Easy to work with. Scheduling is easy and they went over the "rules" of what you can dump and what you can't.
They dropped the dumpster in the EXACT location that we requested.
Delivered a day earlier since they had someone in the area and didn't charge us for the extra day.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was courteous and clear in communicating how big the dumpster is, what can go in, the process of dropping off and picking up etc. On time when dropping off and picking up the dumpster.

Having just moved into a house, we needed to get rid of some old furniture and belongs. I needed a dumpster and wanted a convenient delivery and pickup. Having read other reviews from my area, I decided on TUBS. I ended up getting a "mixed use" dumpster for the materials I needed to dispose of.
I called on Tuesday, hoping to get the dumpster delivered before the weekend. They couldn't come on Thursday or Friday, but had a opening the following day (Wednesday). All good.
For pickups they give themselves a three-day window. I requested a pickup on that Monday (giving them Monday through Wednesday), but they were able to pick it up on Monday and it was gone when I arrived home from work.
Everything was easy peasy -- no hassles. The dumpster was delivered and picked up when stated.

Very professional from phone inquiry to pickup. They were given very specific instructions for placement at delivery and even though no one was home for delivery the TUB was placed exactly as requested.

We were doing a small fence teardown, and needed a way to get rid of the garbage. We looked at Tubs & Bagster, and decided to go with Tubs. The unit was good sized, they delivered and picked up when they said they would.

I called for two tubs for left over construction debris from a bathroom remodel. I had lots of plaster and lath. The lady informed me that plaster is considered a heavy material and I could only fill to 21" from the bottom, but the top space could be other debris.
They delivered the tubs the next day and left a sheet about about construction debris is. I filled them over the weekend level to top (I had just enough room). I called Monday to reschedule my pick up earlier and they came on Tuesday morning to pick up.
Easy for small jobs since they can place the tub on your property and not in the street. Definitely would use them again.

We cleaned our basement out and had some dirt from a egress window well. I called Tubs on Thursday and 2 tubs were delivered the next morning. Of course I ran out of space in the tubs and ordered 2 more, the filled ones were picked up the next day and the new ones were delivered at the same time. I was impressed with the quick service. I did see the worker who picked up the last set up tubs, he was very friendly and actually let me put a few more things in the tub before taking them away. I really liked that you can put in dirt, some construction debris and just overall household items you do not want any longer. I will definitely use them again! (the $226 was a special for 2 tubs delivered at the same time)
