Lucky Dog Pet Lodge

It was great. We have been taking our puppy there for 1 to 2 times a week for a few months and she absolutely loves it. She runs to the car door to go and she never wants to leave. I love that I can check in with web cams and see her during the day. It has been a life saver for us since she has an abundance of energy. The staff is great - showed me around the first day so I could see the operation and the staff all knows my dog by her name. We have also had her nails clipped while there and if we need to board in the future we will use them. I would recommend anyone who needs this service to use these guys.

Always a delight. Our dog goes nuts (in a positive way) when we arrive there, without fail. Staff is great.

Tom and the staff at Lucky Dog are awesome. My dog loves going here and always leaves happy and tired from a fun day of playing. I have tried other daycares in the area due to moving and without a doubt Lucky Dog has been the best so far. I drive out of my way just to still bring my pup here on occasion.

This is the second dog I have used Lucky Dog for. Jack was extremely happy when we picked him up each time, and we could tell each time we brought him back that he couldn't wait to go in to play! Lucky Dog is definitely going to be our "go to" for boarding and daycare whenever we are in town and also when we move back to the Twin Cities this year!

This was our second time at Lucky Dog. Stella got excellent care. In addition, since they have our information on file, we can "drop in". Stella came out at the end of the day happy and looking so nice! We will be using Lucky Dog again when we are in town, and additionally when we move to the area next summer!

Stella loved Lucky Dog! She came out at the end of the day with her tail wagging and that signature Border Collie smile on her face? The staff was thorough when taking her information, and told me she was welcome back any time at the end of the day! The facility is clean and bright, the staff is friendly and it is obvious they love the dogs!

I've been bring my dog in for day care for the last 7 months approximately 3-4 times a week.  He absolutely loves going to Lucky Dog and it is a great way to socialize your dog and let them burn off some energy.  The staff is professional, friendly and they make you and your dog feel special every time you drop off and pick up.  Very exceptional staff and knowledgeable about dogs and their behaviors.  I feel confident in knowing my dog is safe and having fun with his friends.  One of my favorite features is the live video feed, so you can always check in and see what is happening. 
Special requests can be made- meals/ medications/ naps.  No appt necessary -I really appreciate the flexibility.
The facility allows your dog to access an outdoor area whenever they need to go out  to do their business.  This is great as your dog isn't reliant on staff to determine when they can go out.  And as weather permits, they have a very large outdoor space to run around and play.  A new feature is the turf that was added to replace the grass which really helps keep your dog clean as they aren't rolling around in dirt or mud.
Also noteworthy is when you walk in, you will notice there isn't not loud barking.  The dogs are relaxed, happy and content.

I contacted Lucky Dog Pet Lodge in December due to the regular dogsitter falling through.  My contact was less than a week before my travel date, and Lucky Dog did their absolute best to accommodate my dog on such short notice.  My dog came home from 10 days with me gone just as if I hadn't left.  I sense he was well taken care of, and he certainly moved better than he has when boarded at the vet in the past.
Since them I have used their services on a number of other occasions and continue to be quite happy with their responsiveness and professionalism.  I know their costs are on the higher end of this industry, but their facility is nice, and the staff pleasant.  I would strongly recommend them to any friends looking for a place to board their pet, especially for an extended vacation.

I have been a Lucky Dog customer for about a year and a half and am extremely happy with the service, facilities and genuine love the team has for dogs.  The monthly daycare package is great as my dog visits Lucky Dog for daycare almost daily.  My dog also boards with Lucky Dog when I go out of town.  I selected Lucky Dog after moving back to Minnesota and researching a variety of options in the area and definitely made the right choice.  The owner and staff team are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and pay close attention to the dogs.  They know customer and dog names and make me feel welcome whenever I arrive.  Not only is the indoor space large, there is also a spacious outdoor area that the dogs get to run and play in.  Additionally, the facility is extremely clean - from the lobby to the dog areas.

Bottom line ... my dog jumps out of the car and heads directly to the door whenever we arrive, wagging his tail excitedly.  I highly recommend Lucky Dog!

Went well. My dog was very well taken care of.  He was so tired from playing with all the dogs, he slept the first day home.  Will take him back.  They give you a report card of how he did there and who his buddies were. 

Our dog loves to go to Lucky Dog Pet Lodge.  They have all the dogs seperated by personality so they can be in groups and are free to roam and play.

On our dog's first visit, Tom quickly sized her up and arranged a custom introduction to the other dogs at day care. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing, and the outcome was terrific!  Now our dog is exuberant whenever we even pull into the parking lot. The only disappointment was that I couldn't log onto their web cam using a Mac.

It's a great facility and the owner Tom is very kind, caring, and professional.  This daycare is a bit higher priced than others but you definitely are getting what you pay for.  It's a clean facility and there is a large outdoor area for the dogs to run.  I highly recommend this daycare.

We have two extra-large dogs, one of whom is not good around smaller dogs and had not been boarded in a group setting. Jeff, the owner, worked with both us and our dogs to make this a good experience. The facility was large and thoughtfully designed, the staff were caring and competent, and our concerns were professionally, and promptly addressed. A billing glitch was quickly fixed. It's such a relief to have a good place for our dogs to stay when we're away.

We had never boarded our dog before, and we were very pleased with the services provided by Lucky Dog.  They took good care of our dog, and their price is reasonable.  We used the webcam feature, and enjoyed checking in on our dog while on vacation.

They are great, clean and their play areas are huge, and people actually play with your dog.
They have these cool beds for them too.
I have a lot of confidence in their facility and the people working there. Even a trainer! They have a place for shampooing my dog and I am told a groomer is going to be there soon!
It is a perfect, nice and clean pet lodge for dogs!
